Very through! So through I had to have help reading and decided what the Big issues were. I wanted a printed copy and they do not provide. It was over a 100 pages. We pretty much felt like what we bought was crap. Feeling horrible! DONT BUY A COOKIE CUTTER HOME

Inspection started right on time and lasted approximately 6+ hours. Inspection of the entire house including roof, rafters, electrical, mechanical, foundation, grading, exterior construction, windows, doors, garage area, and grounds. Very thorough work and you receive a detailed report with pictures to support, also references to applicable codes, such as Florid Building Codes, Electrical codes, concrete codes and more.

The Inspection was exactly what I needed and requested. I was concerned the home was built by un skilled labor from one of the biggest home builders in the Country. Unfortunately it was even worse then I thought. Sure glad I decided to have it inspected by a Professional Inspector. Very thorough. Took six hours which made us feel like he was not rushing to get done. Found many things that need to be addressed. He had been recommended by other neighbors. Do not hesitate to hire. He knows his stuff.
