"I was recommended this company through a friend. I had them come they looked over my property and we wanted to remove the metal roofing and tie our whole roof together, they were aware that the metal part had NO framing he took pictures and was on the roof to know that this was what needed to be done, wrote up the contract me not reading everything entirely figured they knew that this needed to be done which falls on me sadly, they started the process it started off good, the one side of the house looks great and they moved over to the metal roof and proceeded to rip off the entire roof and then called and told me that this side needed framing, well yeah this was discussed before the contract was signed well then now they need another permit and for engineers to sign off in order to do this framing and left my roof in shambles and "tarped it" mind you it now leaks and has ruined everything on that side of the house in the process, no one will contact me back to let me know what is going on. Absolutely do not recommend this company. How do you not finish a job and leave the persons home a mess, mind you they damaged the side on my home as well with their dumpster. They have zero care for the customers and its highly disappointing and frustrating."

"Still trying to get my issues fixed due to very poor quality of roofing done and after new gutters (also by them) were put on wrong it exposed so many detrimental errors. Roof was put on in the beginning of May of 2021 and the old gutters were put back on correctly (which hid all of the issues and had it pass inspection) the new gutters were put on a month later incorrectly but exposing all of the issues. We are now in August still waiting for the issues to be resolved. The rep that comes out named Shawn has been been very informative and kind but definitely don’t speak to Danielle in the office because she is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been very patient and kind but have been losing my kindness and patience very quickly. Hopefully the incorrect issues will be fixed because we came to this company because of their reputation and the kind rep. Not sure why we got stuck with such a horrible job. Hoping to post a better update with a better review once this issue is resolved."

"The sales rep Wally was initially great. The problem was after the roof was finished . There was additional work that was supposed to be done but wasn’t due to the fact (it was a verbal agreement) and he did not put it in the written estimate. He also would not grandfather in the price of the “free gutters” that he initially said he would. Anytime he answered my phone call he said “you need to speak with somebody else” or “I’m really too busy” and end the conversation abruptly. I then had to go through two or three other associates to get the initial promised work finished. I would recommend going through the senior estimator Andrew Mosher instead of Wally. Andrew gave my son an estimate for his roof and all of the work was done (with gutters) and no issues whatsoever with the entire job."
