At first it all went ok, because when you are a paying customer you are the greatest person in the world but when you call to complain about a work poorly executed in the first place (after 4 years) a leak on the "roof repair"... you are not the greatest anymore. I have discovered a leak coming from the area where they supposedly fixed the roof around the chimney, most people would think I am being unreasonable because of the 4 years period, but after a reputable roof company did inspection, the technician the explained to me that it was done improperly or extremely poorly right from the start, it had shingles missing and holes in the existing shingles and they only applied a rubber like agent to seal around the chimney instead of actually redoing the roof ( installing new underpayment and shingles). I Understand that after 4 years you may not be able to warrant every work you perform, but I believe that when the work performed is extremely poorly executed you should honor your company name and refund your customer the amount they paid for that particular job ( in my case they had to refund me just $260.00) such a small amount to be honest, fair and do the right thing. I am saying the right thing because even though it was out of the warranty period if It was one of my customers I would recognize that the work was poorly executed in the first place and the customer (me) deserve to be treated right...well the reality is that they do apparently do not care how their work and reputation will be after 1 year (warranty Period). Please be aware and ask a good roofing company to check the repair they did or will do on the roof because that is one place the Orange county inspector sometimes do not go to check if it is ok, and they will rely on the fact that it "passed" the inspection to tell you everything is fine. In my case it was not!

Not responsive and don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

I got a new smoke arrestor/chimney cap. It got done so fast I didn't even know when the job was finished. We have already used the fire place and have had no problems.

It went well. He came out and he had been out earlier and had completed some work. He came out again and fixed it completely. He did a good job at a very fair price. He was prompt and very professional in his manner. Would definitely use them again.

I don't think I have ever dealt with a company that was so disinterested. I had to make daily phone calls to try to get someone to come out. After someone did come, he was going to contact the manufacturer and said he would call me that afternoon. I never heard from him again. Even when my husband tried to call, there was no return phone call. This company has no customer service.

This is the first time I have ever used Angie's List. I am very impressed so far.

I made my appointment with them and due to a high volume of repairs, it took a week for them to come to the house. They called the day before to give me a time the service man would come, and he did come right on time the next day. He was efficient and knew exactly what the problem was plus he had the part on his truck, and I did not need to have him order one and return for another service call. He cleaned the pilot light assembly and set to order the rest of the fireplace well. It works like new even thought the unit is almost 10 years old. I would definitely use them again for our annual service.

It took weeks to get a response on the summer kitchen remodel project. They had a large project at Disney and I had to wait. When I finally got the proposal, the labor quote was much higher than I had anticipated and chose not to use them. The servicing of the interior fireplace and the installation of the exterior fireplace unit went well and as expected. I cannot necessarily recommend them for outdoor kitchen remodels.

Fireplace and Gas Supply were responsive in scheduling a first visit within a couple of days, and their technician creative in finding a simple solution to routing the gas lines through the attic crawlspace (and exploring the space to confirm that the route was feasible). Within 4-5 days we received a comprehensive and detailed quote on both the supply (including tank) and a replacement fireplace. We decided to proceed with the work effort based on quality and service provided.

Thru out the hole process all the crews were very professional, clean, respectful and knowledgeable ! I am a very picky guy and i have no complains! Would hire them again for sure! They have gone the extra mile!

This company was very responsive on the phone in determining my service needs and the serviceperson was polite and efficient. Their charge was reasonable and exactly what I was quoted.

Keith came and serviced our fireplace. Found air in the gas line and eliminated that. He cleaned everything up, started it, and our fireplace is now working beautifully. We couldn't be happier. Wonderful service.

I found this company on Angie's List and called them based on their favorable ratings. I am happy to add another favorable rating to their list. We bought a home earlier this year that has a gas fireplace and we tried to start it but it didn't start. We wanted to have it inspected and serviced so that it would work and to ensure that there were no mechanical difficulties that needed repair. I called for an appointment during a week where the temperature dropped so I knew they had a busy workload. We received an appointment for a week later which was fine since this was nothing urgent. Their technician, Keith and an assistant came promptly at their appointed time. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Both were very pleasant to deal with and professional. Keith checked that the chimney looked clear and that the mechanicals looked good. He showed us how to light the fireplace and it worked the first time. He added some 'embers' material for effect and was even nice enough to give us some extra for the future if we ever want to add more. We had an excellent experience with them - I highly recommend their services and will definitely call upon them again as needed.

Keith was on time, professional, clean, knowledgable,.courteous and most importantly everything was set up and working within about an hour. I was completely impressed with how this company has presented themselves, stood by their pricing and how smoothly the installation went. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

The experience was great. Keith had a trainee with him and was very polite and attentive. Keith analyzed the problem and started working on it right away, not wasting any of my time or money. They left in one hour with the grill working perfectly.

I was going to have a fireplace put in my home and I got an estimate from them but it was more than I could afford it and I decided not to do it. They were a good company. I would consider using them in the future and when I can afford to do it.

It was a very good experience. I think that the quality of their work was great. I did have to pay for the replacement because it wasn't covered by the warranty, but I was very happy with them.

If they would've had the courtesy to call me and say they had a scheduling problem, I would've understood. However, I made at least three phone calls and received no explanation.

The job was technically fine. The crew on-site were competent and knowledgeable. My experience with the office was uncomfortable because, I believe, all were very busy and did not follow through considering the insignificant size of the job. Delays in contacts occurred and the crew arrived with no knowledge of the actual repair need; consequently the failed to have an essential part. This required their return the following day. There was an overcharge on the initial bill (due to the repeated "first hour") which was promptly corrected upon my request. There is no complaint following the job completion nor for the crew doing the job.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS PLEASANT. THEY WERE TIMELY, COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GOOD. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN THE DESIGN OF MY FIREPLACE.
