Tadlock Roofing - Orlando

I was recommended this company through a friend. I had them come they looked over my property and we wanted to remove the metal roofing and tie our whole roof together, they were aware that the metal part had NO framing he took pictures and was on the roof to know that this was what needed to be done, wrote up the contract me not reading everything entirely figured they knew that this needed to be done which falls on me sadly, they started the process it started off good, the one side of the house looks great and they moved over to the metal roof and proceeded to rip off the entire roof and then called and told me that this side needed framing, well yeah this was discussed before the contract was signed well then now they need another permit and for engineers to sign off in order to do this framing and left my roof in shambles and "tarped it" mind you it now leaks and has ruined everything on that side of the house in the process, no one will contact me back to let me know what is going on. Absolutely do not recommend this company. How do you not finish a job and leave the persons home a mess, mind you they damaged the side on my home as well with their dumpster. They have zero care for the customers and its highly disappointing and frustrating.

Quick awesome and such a great job

I learned of company through ANGI. First was Brian. Ended with Zachery. Each explained in detail what services I needed. The company itself, Tadlock was patient and details of understanding. While estate was delayed due to pandemic. To draw permit. I will recommend Tadlock roofing. I am more than pleased. Thank You for suggestion, thanks to Tadlock for service.

NOT smooth... Schedule was not adhered to, representative stated the entire house would receive gutters. But the "corporate office" justified not installing gutters OVER the front windows. Also, the back side of the house is experiencing large section of over flow. Want this matter corrected before payment. However, TADLOCK placed a LEIN on my home! Very unsatisfied.

They did a great job. Unfortunately they did not clean up after themselves. Found old roofing material behind trees and in bushes behind the house.

They were excellent to deal with from quote to the finished job. Very happy with their work.

Horrible. 1. One side of cathedral ceiling had 16 holes. The other side did not.. They sent my salesman out to repair. He was here 4x. Looks like crap. 2. Explicitly put in contract that I wanted whatever singles they didn't use. 12 bundles were thrown off the roof within 30 minutes of them putting the shingles on roof. I asked if that was the excess. Yup. I said leave them here. They took them. I have zero shingles even though they charged me for 40 square. 120 bundles. Breach of contract. 3. They sent me a bill for 200 plus dollars for a few extra pieces of wood. They gave me a little over 200 dollar credit for damages to roof. I actually expected a credit. 4. I still don't have 599.00 10 year full warranty since I did not pay them for extra wood. Not happy.

Tadlock did a very good job replacing the roof, however they did not start on schedule. They also, had to be contacted to return to clean up nails from the yard. Bryan was very professional and helpful, and I will definitely use Tadlock in the future.

Work was completed in less than 2 days. Quick and professional. Workers were friendly and cleaned all areas thoroughly before leaving.

Work was done as requested on time .No surprises and the crew did not have loud music playing and the cleanup when the roof was done was great.

Terrible communication, the work was not completed on time. The ruined my garage with water damage. I had a dumpster in my drive way for a longer than expected until I complained to the company to pick it up! . Never again!

Wes, our sales consultant, made a thorough inspection and then sat down with me and gave me the estimate and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and was very nice and professional. Melony at the Orlando office kept me well informed every step of the way. When the workers came they went right to work and didn't stop until the job was done. They were very nice and did a great job of cleaning up. I'm very happy with the new roof.

Jackson Murphy came to the house to discuss our needs and options regarding what kind of roof we wanted. He was obviously very knowledgeable with all of the different brands and qualities of roofing materials there are these days. He answered all of our many questions with patience and helped us make the best choices for our home. The crew that came out to do the actual work were very prompt, polite and efficient. The roof went up so quick and the cleanup afterwards was awesome. Not a nail or piece of trash in sight. My roof looks fantastic and my electric bill has already gone down so double bonus for us. Plus, the cookies they sent to thank me was a really nice personal touch. Overall, I would strongly recommend Tadlock Roofing for all of your roofing needs.

The salesperson (Jackson) was fantastic, professional and on time. The actual work commenced late because the production manager didn't order the materials properly. We had several issues with the quality of workmanship including exposed nails, high nails, one piece of the wrong color drip edge, nail blow through, and shingles with improper exposure. They corrected the issues I brought to their attention, but I have concerns that the rest of the roof system was also poorly installed since I only inspected a small area. West, the general manager, came out to my property to inspect the work. I appreciate the gesture; but the shingles were sealed town tight at that point so only four out of thousands were looked at. Overall I feel like this is a good company that had a bad day on our roof. I suspect that the quality will improve for other homeowners due to the trouble I have been, but that doesn't help me at all.

The roofers showed up as scheduled on the date and time promised. The roofing crew worked all day (12 hrs) and were as quiet as could be for reroofing a house. There was no loud music playing, loud language or shouting. The job took 4 days and at the end of each day they went around and cleaned up the job site and used magnets to clean up nails. We are very pleased with our new roof and have even gotten compliments from our neighbors. Would definitely recommend this company.

Your Orlando Manager (Jim Freas) was on top of his game. He coordinated every move that was coming next and was very helpful with my questions.Thanks Jim. The crew was outstanding. They knew every move to make without any hesitation. All seven of them acted in a professional manner with a lot a courtesy. It was much appreciated .

I was dealing with Tadlock from out of town. They worked with both me and my tenant very professionally and did an excellent job. This is the second roof I have had them put on my home and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

They were great. They have good customer service. They were willing to negotiate on price.

They were always very professional, but had to reschedule our roofing date three times. They really worked with us on the roofing estimate, and were the lowest bidder of the three local companies we researched. It took two days to complete our re-roofing, and another few days before the final inspection. Our roof looks great, and we haven't had any leaks.
