Still trying to get my issues fixed due to very poor quality of roofing done and after new gutters (also by them) were put on wrong it exposed so many detrimental errors. Roof was put on in the beginning of May of 2021 and the old gutters were put back on correctly (which hid all of the issues and had it pass inspection) the new gutters were put on a month later incorrectly but exposing all of the issues. We are now in August still waiting for the issues to be resolved. The rep that comes out named Shawn has been been very informative and kind but definitely don’t speak to Danielle in the office because she is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have been very patient and kind but have been losing my kindness and patience very quickly. Hopefully the incorrect issues will be fixed because we came to this company because of their reputation and the kind rep. Not sure why we got stuck with such a horrible job. Hoping to post a better update with a better review once this issue is resolved.

It took a week for the work to be completed during which time, it rained and the roof leaked. Once the work was completed, all seemed fine for a few years but now the roof is leaking again. It is under warranty. They have made two appointments to assess the problem and not called or shown up for either. I have to pay someone to meet them so it is not only costing time but money and more damage to the property.

1. exceedingly long time between making down payment and work being commenced. 2. Glib salesman, with no follow-up communication after contract signing and making deposit. 3. Hispanic workmen who spoke NO English. 4. Workmen destroyed soffit, damaged new porch railing, broke a tiled concrete porch step, and damaged attic lighting fixtures with their clumsy and rough treatment. 5. Company had to be pressured to provide Final Building Inspection. 6. It was only through withholding final payment, that they agreed to provide marginal relief.

Well and totally handled.

Not good! Work not done when promised. Owner would never return phone calls. We were told that porch roof was completed when in fact it was never started. Salesman lied to us many times.

The roof looks beautiful except for the two further ends at the peak where there is tile that is missing, about 2-3 feet on each end. Nolan Smith (insurance specialist) told me that they were also going to replace the siding on the house as well. They have yet to do anything with the siding. They told me it was going to be $9800.00 and then they raised it to $11000.00. Then Nolan Smith told me that I owed him $1082.00 for his commission. Because of that, I bounced 6 checks at $35.00 a piece. I thought they were going to be decent but I am livid about this situation. All the work that they told they told the insurance company that they were going to do, they did not do. So they also jipped the insurance company. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Called for a quote, was please with the quote and referred my in-laws to get a quote as well. The man bullied my inlaws into a contract they couldn't get out of. Jacked the price up on the roof and pushed them out of the dealings and went right to the insurance company and basically made the decisions without them. All to make a dollar. The final price was approx. $3k larger than the quote. Since Dec. 2016 they are still waiting on their roof. DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE! They are bullies and will not treat you with respect. Also watched them recalled to fix my neighbors roof repeatedly after the final inspections.

Called them out for estimate. Came out. Told them we would get back to them on if we wanted to go through with job. Decided on doing it. Called them back. They lied and said they would be out multiple times within a two week period. Never called us back after that. If you can't handle a job, just turn it down!!

1. added an angled area on one portion of the cottage but not the entire roof- standing water in other areas when it rains. 2. wrong color, wanted tan, got white. 3. while a worker was standing by the edge of the roof, a portion of the stucco soffit (approx 1 1/2 feet in diameter) collapsed, leaving a big hole for bugs and rodents- not sure whose fault that would be) 4. used some hacked off 2x4s to add "support" for the roof- 2 ft sections nailed up against the existing 2x8s holding up the roof. 5. roofing nails protruding down through the roof over the porch area... visible, ugly and dangerous. 6. Took them 2 months after signing the contract to get this much done. 7. It rained the day after they finished and had a large leak in the bedroom, ruining the ceiling and making the wood floor soggy. They came right back and put a patch on it. Rained that night and it still leaked. I had to call for over a week before I had a promise for some help. They sent someone out who put a huge blue tarp on it, which DID stop the leak. Called about every 3 days with a request for a roof- which was paid for in full when they first finished. Took over a month. Good part of this story....they finally came back and put the correct color of roofing on, with no leaks. They did a wonderful job on the support for the porch area, They replaced the ceiling in the bedroom BUT did nothing about the floor. I asked about the soffit and the workers said they knew nothing abut it- I was out there when it happened and pointed it out to them. Tar or the black adhesive they used on the roofing is very obvious on the seams- they said they ordered sand/gravel to match the roof but I've heard nothing from them. Been over a month. I signed the contract Jan 3rd, paid in full March 4th, 2014 and they "finished" or haven't returned since May. UPDATE: Suncoast read the review on Angie's list and came out one day out the blue and put the colored granules on the roof and said they were going to fix the soffit. They worked on that for about 10 minutes and said they didn't have the right stuff. They said they'd be back the next morning but I haven't seen/heard from them since. Also, in trying to repair the soffit, they actually made another hole in it...no, definitely NOT recommend them to anyone. UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: Still have holes in my soffit- they have never returned to fix the damage they inflicted. Nor called. Never EVER use them.

Fantastic- they arrived when they said they would and the job did not go over costs.
