"They installed my system June/July 2021, we started having problems in August/September. Plumber was out multiple times then suggested it was the septic. Called Martin Septic. They came and said failing drain field. Being less than two years, it's warrantied. No, they said. FOG was present so therefore they would not fix under warranty. FOG is not avoidable and my filter was clean. They pumped and gave bacteria but still say it's our fault the drain field is failing. In two months? Seriously? This is a pattern with this company. I am up to 19 other people who say Martin septic told them the same thing."
