Spent a good deal of time explaining how our septic system works (never had one before and knew NOTHING about them!) and thoroughly cleaned the tank and replaced the cover and the dirt--like it never happened! The gentleman was very patient with my ignorance and answered every question I had--making sure I truly understood what he said. I would ABSOLUTELY RE-HIRE Jerry Mills Septic Pumping service!!
Description of Work: Never had septic tank before and was told by a friend that they needed emptying every few years--ours had not been cleaned since we bought our home in 2003--so I got a little panicky and called the only people I heard about in the neighborhood--Jerry Mills.

+ -1 moreThe technician was diligent in resolving each problem he discovered and found a solution. We are now up and running and all is well. Would I recommend them - a great big YES!!!!
Description of Work: We needed to have the pump replaced for the lift station. It was no easy task (everything that could go wrong, did) but it is now completed, and we are very happy with this company. I am sorry we didn't find them sooner!

+ 0 moreVery well. It was a tough job with taking out an entire dump truck load of tree roots. And the area was tight with landscaping and trees - no damage! The heavy equipment operator was a marvel to watch sift thru the roots, our stubborn minima jasmine groundcover, and rocks. When done, sand leveled, then got concise instructions on the care of our new system. We were not inconvenienced with this major project going on, , ,an "unglamorous" home upgrade and update from these good guys!

+ 1 moreThere was a 2 day delay post County inspection due to pipes needing to be moved. Otherwise, great experience. Work was scheduled quickly, done well, and they cleaned up after. They always took the time to explain what was going on in the process and answer questions. We have used this company in the past for pumping. They are great to deal with in general, and everyone that you speak with from the woman who answers the phone to the owner is very friendly and knowledgable.
Description of Work: Replaced drain field and removed tree roots from septic.
