Their price is very reasonable and the guy was 'A' all the way I guess. The company's name is Tim Baron, it is a 3rd generation plumber, it is just him, it is not a company or anything like that. He has 20 years experience and this and that. He is honest. I had a drain put in with some plastic to plumb and he is not the guy that is going to rip me off. He does plumbing. He does a lot of detection work for drains for companies, like a drain underground, he puts the camera down there and see what the problem is and then corrects the problem. They might have to dig the ground up to replace it or maybe they can use something like a motor rooter that is just primary stuff. He is a licensed plumber in the state of Florida. He is good in promptness. I call him up and if he says he is going to be there and if I say there is no big hurry you know, then we have it the next day, after 4, and it is done. It would be like 45 minutes to put the old thrown out and the new one in and fix a drain in the other bathroom. Just drain work like it stops off and for those things it is just 45 minutes. The pool works and in fact there were some problems with how they had installed and with the plan. He had to put one and a half waxes for the thing to sit properly. It didn't flush properly. It is a total flush, it doesn't go in circles and then drains, that goes swish, it is a different type of pool and it works better. All the water goes out one time rather than gradually. There is a stopper drain but he had to put a new trap in and I wanted chrome instead of plastic. I would grade them 'A' across the board. I absolutely use them again in the future.

I had been calling around to find an affordable and quick plumber who would also give senior discounts and possibly free estimates. The young man who answered the phone was very pleasant and when I explained my situation, he agreed to check with his workers to find someone who may still be able to stop by on their way home to check the problem and give me an estimate without charging me for the trip or the estimate. Within an hour, he called to say his man would be stopping by to assess the situation and let me know what the repair cost would be. When the man came, I explained what I had been told to do by the experts at LOWE'S Home Centers the day before to repair my faucet, and he picked up my tools to remove the stem unit under the handle and told me I had been incorrectly informed. He set about removing the washer and spring and placing them correctly, turning the water valve back on and there was no more leak! I was prepared to pay him, but he smiled and said no charge, Happy New Year. How fortunate was I!
