"Joe Larson and his crew did an excellent job on our kitchen and bathroom remodel as well as reflooring the whole house. Our house is almost 30 years old, and the kitchen was dated and poorly designed. The bathrooms, also dated, needed new cabinets and countertops. Our daughter graduated with a degree in Architectural and Interior Design from FSU but currently lives in Dallas. She designed a completely new layout for the kitchen area and sent us plans and 3D modeling to give to Larson. After several meetings with Joe Larson, Ron DeRosa (salesman) and David Fox (project manager) we were able to agree on products and a plan to bring her design to life. I am happy to say they accomplished that task. It was not without hiccups but that’s to be expected with any remodel, at all detours they were always quick to provide ideas or listen to our possible solutions and promptly execute them to keep things moving. David was very easy to communicate with, helpful in assisting us when decisions had to be made because something didn’t go as planned, he also did a great job of keeping things moving with the crews. "1. Plaster work was done poorly especially noticeable on swimout and bench area but walls and floor have some new humps. There are even some small spots where the plaster is missing but not too noticeable until you are in the pool swimming up close to the spots. 2. Plaster finish has a lot of white blotches. It kind of looks like powdered detergent poured in pool that didn't dissolve. Attached photos give an idea but it looks even worse in person. 3. Plaster splatter is on tile border, tile grout and pool deck. It is as if someone was flinging their trowel around letting some plaster spatter fly wherever it fell. We contacted the pool company after the initial 30 days and waited almost 2 more weeks for Marty (company Vice President/Salesman) to show up. He looked it over and stated that pool plaster work isn't an exact thing and that the job was acceptable. After a long discussion about the issues he finally stated someone would come out to address the issues. The only thing that was done was to repeat the high dose acid treatment like was done when the pool was filled back up. Most of the issues remain and this company doesn't seem too concerned at all. I guess quality workmanship and follow up customer service isn't in this company's interest."
