The love seat was successfully repaired. The hanger for the spring was broken. The spring wasn't. I felt the charge, though pretty much stated up front, was a bit excessive for what ultimately needed to be done.

Carlos was fantastic. The chair looks great. Can't tell it was broken. The fact that it too 6 weeks to get the work done and chair delivered back to me (no fault of Carlos) was excessive in my opinion

Good communication although they changed pick up and delivery dates several times. Good quality work. Price was slightly high but craftsmanship was worth it.

I recently purchased a used sofa and loveseat set, but one of the manual recliners was broken. Since the original manufacturer has gone out of business, I wasn't sure who to contact for parts or repairs. After doing some research online, I found All Furniture Services. I was able to schedule an appointment for that same week. The technician arrived on time and explained the issue with the recliner, as well as his plan for the repair. He located the replacement part on Amazon for $12.99, which I ordered. The following week, he returned to install it. The technician was knowledgeable, communicated effectively, and charged a very reasonable labor fee. I highly recommend All Furniture Services.

Technician arrived on time. Quickly evaluated the dresser condition and repaired for the cost quoted. No problems with the dresser since.

Great and fast service. I called and had someone out the next day. My dresser was fixed for a reasonable price as well.

Coverage on gouged bedroom dresser was good. Build-up on the other small table was good, color good, just a little uneven. Had requested a small chest to be finished but cost was prohibitive so I left it undone.

From the quick responses to my emails addressing my concerns and easing my worries, to Mr. Gaugin coming to pick up the chairs working on regluing, fixing the gnawed part done by my dog when she was a pup, cleaning, and polishing the 2 antique chairs , to the office calling to let me know the scheduled pick up and return, I am quite pleased with everyone I encountered. I highly recommend All Furniture Services. My antique chairs are beautiful!! I will use them again for another project!

Very well. If you didn't know that the damage was there before you can't tell that it was repaired.

I could not understand a word the salesman said. He charged me $50.00 just to come and look at the chair. The price he gave me to fix it I thought was high and on top of that an additional $50.00 service charge was added. Most places if you do the work they deduct the service charge. Very disappointed and had to pay $50.00 for nothing!!!

It went great. Franco Furniture was on time for the consultation, pick up to repair, and repaired furniture return. The price quoted was fair and constant. I would hire them again if furniture repair is ever needed. I will recommend them to all.

It was a great service! The professional who came out was attentive and fixed the issue!!! It was the busy holiday time and they made provisions to accommodate my immediate request. I would definitely request their services again! It saved my dinner to get the table fixed!!

Perfect. Also, estimated damage to two old end tables and advised refinishing wouldn't correct the damage sufficiently to be a worthwhile investment. So unusual to find someone who gives you honest advice. I have great respect for his service.

Not well, they came to my house and evaluated the repair and I was charged $50.00. A couple of days later I received an estimate which was $3,450.00 plus $400.00 pick up and delivery, the whole set including the table and 6 chairs cost $2,199, the estimate was way over priced. I figured it out and it came to 1 man working about 43 days to refinish the table, ridicules.

Job completed without issue. Technician (Hayk/Mike (nickname) was extremely professional, personable and completed the job quickly with no issues. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

We have a dresser which is more than thirty years old and which had essentially fallen apart. After reading the reviews posted on Angie's List for this company, I called. My call was answered by a person, who made an appointment for someone to come out, give an estimate, and - if possible - make the repair. She explained to me that there would be a $50 fee for the estimate; the cost of the repair would be added to that. I made the appointment for the following week. Arko arrived promptly, well within the time slot given. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I accepted his estimate and he made the repair beautifully in our home that day. We would definitely hire this company again.
