Coverage on gouged bedroom dresser was good. Build-up on the other small table was good, color good, just a little uneven. Had requested a small chest to be finished but cost was prohibitive so I left it undone.

From the quick responses to my emails addressing my concerns and easing my worries, to Mr. Gaugin coming to pick up the chairs working on regluing, fixing the gnawed part done by my dog when she was a pup, cleaning, and polishing the 2 antique chairs , to the office calling to let me know the scheduled pick up and return, I am quite pleased with everyone I encountered. I highly recommend All Furniture Services. My antique chairs are beautiful!! I will use them again for another project!

Very well. If you didn't know that the damage was there before you can't tell that it was repaired.

I could not understand a word the salesman said. He charged me $50.00 just to come and look at the chair. The price he gave me to fix it I thought was high and on top of that an additional $50.00 service charge was added. Most places if you do the work they deduct the service charge. Very disappointed and had to pay $50.00 for nothing!!!

It went great. Franco Furniture was on time for the consultation, pick up to repair, and repaired furniture return. The price quoted was fair and constant. I would hire them again if furniture repair is ever needed. I will recommend them to all.

It was a great service! The professional who came out was attentive and fixed the issue!!! It was the busy holiday time and they made provisions to accommodate my immediate request. I would definitely request their services again! It saved my dinner to get the table fixed!!

Perfect. Also, estimated damage to two old end tables and advised refinishing wouldn't correct the damage sufficiently to be a worthwhile investment. So unusual to find someone who gives you honest advice. I have great respect for his service.

Not well, they came to my house and evaluated the repair and I was charged $50.00. A couple of days later I received an estimate which was $3,450.00 plus $400.00 pick up and delivery, the whole set including the table and 6 chairs cost $2,199, the estimate was way over priced. I figured it out and it came to 1 man working about 43 days to refinish the table, ridicules.

Job completed without issue. Technician (Hayk/Mike (nickname) was extremely professional, personable and completed the job quickly with no issues. It was a pleasure doing business with him.

We have a dresser which is more than thirty years old and which had essentially fallen apart. After reading the reviews posted on Angie's List for this company, I called. My call was answered by a person, who made an appointment for someone to come out, give an estimate, and - if possible - make the repair. She explained to me that there would be a $50 fee for the estimate; the cost of the repair would be added to that. I made the appointment for the following week. Arko arrived promptly, well within the time slot given. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I accepted his estimate and he made the repair beautifully in our home that day. We would definitely hire this company again.

Terribly! My instructions to refinish the table so as to serve as an all purpose table in our Manhattan apartment were ignored. They gave the table a lacquer finish that they said was "of the type used on cars" and would be very sturdy. Within weeks, it was clear that the finish was easily scratched - first by a laptop used on the table, later by other items placed on it. Unfortunately, because of the lacquer finish, the minor scratches can't be filled in with a wax pencil. When I called to say I was not happy with the finish, before I could explain why I was not happy, the owner launched into a tirade claiming I was "disrespecting him" and that the warranties had expired. I calmly asked if he would allow me to talk and when I suggested that other finishes may have been more appropriate, that set him off on another tirade about how I didn't know anything and further shouting so that I had to hang up on him, as I was not able to talk.

Fast and efficient. Did exactly what was needed. The two pieces of furniture look as good as new.

They assessed the damage; gave the estimate and likely degree of success. All in all very satisfied with their work.

It was very good. I don't have anything to compare the price with, but it seems reasonable. The quality is very good. Everything you can think of was okay. One person came out and was very good.

I was assuming , after viewing his website, that I was hiring a furniture craftsman who would use his woodworking skills †o repair or if need be, charge me extra, to refinish. He worked in my garage in the evening so it wasn't until we returned the pieces to the house in the light of day, that we noticed the colors weren't sufficiently blended and the lacquer was uneven, leaving some spots shiny, while others were not. I feel his company name and website are very misleading. If you want a person who probably has an art background to camouflage furniture damage with art quality crayons for hefty prices on each piece then he's your man. If you want a furniture craftsman to restore and repair the damage on your quality pieces, look elsewhere.

Sure enough, it was hugely expensive, just as they had warned, but they did a fantastic job. The rocker is a joy to look at and to sit in. I couldn't be more pleased.

I was in contact with several members of Mikayel's staff and all were extremely responsive and helpful! We set up an appointment, and I was told I would receive a 3-hour window of when the tech would come the day before. Unlike most contractors I have dealt with, they followed through without prompting! I was given the 3 hour window, and the day of the appointment the tech arrived well within the time given. Arko was very knowledgeable and took his time to inspect each piece before giving me any estimates or suggestions of how to proceed. After assessing the chair and the coffee table, Arko was able to repair both right on the spot! He told me to wait 24 hours for everything to dry and set before touching/moving it, and so I did. The next day, after 24 hours had passed, I tested both pieces and they were sturdier than ever before! Absolutely thrilled with the work and the results! I will definitely be referring AFS to anyone I know who is looking for a furniture repair company, and I will absolutely keep them in mind for any future services I might require myself! Thank you!
