We also have certified building contractors and several highly skilled aluminum technicians and sheet metal fabricators. To be centrally located to our customer base, we have constructed a commercial building on SR 100 in Keystone Heights, Florida where we maintain our office and lease space to two additional businesses. We take pride in our excellent services. We can always be reached by email or by phone. We have a very courteous staff that receives & returns phone calls promptly, Monday – Friday. "Hi, this has been escalated to Daniel Ortiz Insurance company vendor for residential low slope manufactured home hurricane related re-roof . Strongly pushed to Flintastic 2 ply on bare wood to replace shingles. Installed without rollers. Ceiling leak related to installation, so crew cut membranes and did a terrible patch. Ceiling was opened, and replacement insulation was 50% R rating of the debris insulation. Tar type residue in various places on white roof and a stone walkway. Rolls, ripples, bubbles, and ridges on cap. Permit was pulled for a completely different job, and job was called "finished" based on the unrelated inspections. The company manager stated the product was warranted to 120mph (it's 54mph). The product warranty was also shorter than represented and might be void based on the fsilure to follow installation instructions."

"These guys are experienced and knowledgeable. My realtor hired them initially to fix all 4 old worn sliders in the townhome I was purchasing. They came on a hot October day and took out all sliders to repair and replace rollers. The sliders were working so smooth after that. During Christmas while hanging lights I noticed that one of my sliders was stuck. I called Ron (or Rob-sorry) and he and his co worker came out to Palm Bay to check on it. It ended up being of the track most likely due to having my new carpet installed. They gave me tips on how to care for the sliders as well. I appreciate the fact that they honor their warranty, no questions asked. I would definitely recommend!"
