Cool Breeze Roll Screens

Buyer Beware! Owner came to house and sold us. We explained we need HOA approval before we can move forward, So don’t do anything. His short term memory doesn’t remember that conversation. We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. (nowhere does it say nonrefundable) He says I’ll give you half back when he clearly is at fault DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH LONNIE AT COOL BREEZE.

Lonnie Ashe called me quickly after I placed a "call" on Angie's List. He came out within a day or two to take measurements and for us to select the frame/housing and screen colors. As soon as we let him know our HOA Architectural Committee approved the installation, Lonnie installed the screen in a few hours. The screen we chose blocks over 90% of the UVA/UVB rays and provides quite a bit of privacy, so that anyone walking or driving by cannot see into the garage. The frame is aluminum, which holds up in our Florida heat better, in my opinion, than plastic. Cool Breeze provides a 10-year warranty on the electronics. I highly recommend Cool Breeze and Lonnie Ashe for any screen needs for your home. The cost cited is for a two-car garage, installation above the garage door (so as not to block the garage door windows), and for four remotes.

I am completely satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to recommend them. Lonnie Ashe is very professional, trustworthy, dependable and returns calls immediately. And one more thing: I had spoken to several other companies who told me that it was impossible to install what I wanted. Mr. Ashe welcomed the challenge and the results were perfect!

Recently, we had to call Lonnie back for a mistake we made with one of our motorized screens and he graciously came and fixed our error and did not charge us! Terrific. We keep coming back to Cool Breeze because they do such a good job. The original installation was 4 sides of lanai which matches our paint very well and work smoothly. The remote allows us to easily control them individually or all 4. They came in at no charge before our addition began to remove the screens that could not be used. They have stored them for us while the work is done, so made this hassle free. Once our addition is complete we are going to have Cool Breeze come back again for 2 screens on the addition.

It went very well and without incident. They arrived on time and job was completed as planned.

The job was completed in a very professional manner and as promised. The quality of the garage screen and operating motor appears to be very good and we have not had any operating problems. The contractor was very responsive and helpful particularly in providing service after the fact when we purchased key fob remotes.

We would get a lot of sun glare on our Lani that also reflected off the pool water. I could not wait to get the sun/privacy screen installed. When Lonnie was called he was professional and prompt. He offered us all the choices and made suggestions. He gave us a estimated install date and the screen was ready and installed on time. We loved it so much, we decided to add 2 more. We couldn't be happier. This owner really knows his product and presents it well. We had an issue with one remote that turned out to just be the battery. Lonnie came by and gave us some extra batteries for the remote. Who does that anymore! We are now thinking about getting a garage screen installed. Cool Breeze is who we would use. We are VERY happy with them. Great product and attentive owner !!

Everything went very well beginning to end. Lonnie was very responsive and worked within the timeframe I needed. I have had no problems with the screen.
