If your plumbing issue can be fixed by simply replacing a part rather than a whole new appliance or fixture, our plumbers will correctly and honestly assess the problem and do only what is needed. We will also explain all of your options if there are multiple ways to correct your plumbing issue.

"I was requesting an estimate to replace my main line from water meter to the house. They sent a tech out to do the estimate. The tech did not do any diagnostic work to figure out if I needed a new line or not. He measured the line length and said he'd give it to the office and have them send me a quote. He then charged me $94.30, That's $67.50 for a half hour of work, and $24.05 for miscellaneous supplies. On top of all that was a $2.75 charge for using a credit card, I wasn't given any other options to pay. What misc supplies are needed for a quote? Now over 2 weeks later I still haven't even received the quote I request, and was charged for. They definitely haven't done anything to win my business. I feel taken advatage of. Who charges for quotes?"
