Excellent. Kleimer was very professional and knowledgeable and problem solver. Very patient and answered all questions. Glad I Found United, I had at least 10 say no without even responding to my house to see if they could terrible business model. United was prompt and honest and got the job done perfectly and the price was on point not some crazy other quotes over the phone and the lack of interest in my project. Thank you United Plumbing. Oh and the friendly front office and dispatchers, you won’t be disappointed in this company.

Needed immediate service for my toilet clog. Called United Plumbing and they set me up for same day service. Adrian did a fantastic job with clearing the clog and thoroughly explained to me the pricing prior to performing work. He was very neat and professional with his work. I was requesting an estimate to replace my main line from water meter to the house. They sent a tech out to do the estimate. The tech did not do any diagnostic work to figure out if I needed a new line or not. He measured the line length and said he'd give it to the office and have them send me a quote. He then charged me $94.30, That's $67.50 for a half hour of work, and $24.05 for miscellaneous supplies. On top of all that was a $2.75 charge for using a credit card, I wasn't given any other options to pay. What misc supplies are needed for a quote? Now over 2 weeks later I still haven't even received the quote I request, and was charged for. They definitely haven't done anything to win my business. I feel taken advatage of. Who charges for quotes?

Our service was very smoothly handled and work was completed in a timely fashion and they cleaned up well after themselves.

My Best Friends Daughter "Diane", is a project Mgr. for a Builder working in Naples.. She suggested I call United Plumbing & ask to speak to "Jimmy" one of United's owners..Jimmy was on vacation but the lady in his office sent Matt the next day. Matt came on time & after looking into it said my Toilet needed a new American Standard flush valve & bowl kit in the tank.. But he was able to do something in the tank so the toilet would not continuously run. Matt ordered the part & as soon as it came in got back in a few days & installed it...I paid him that day but I only had to pay for the part & the time it took to install the part when he returned..They gave me a nice folder with coupons & Matt even used one of the coupons to make the charge lower. I would use this company again if needed .

the fix was easy. apparently the installer didn't tighten the wrench enough. the fact they charged me was insane. We have had more leaks and problems since the beginning. The reason I am writing today is I found a leak in our kitchen faucet we bought from them for over $2000 (Role). when I called yesterday the emergency guy said he would come right over but as it was super bowl time he assured me they would come by the next morning. When they finally called today they told me they couldn't come over until tomorrow!! I am still dealing with leaks in master bath. I already replaced the beautiful cork floor on the bathroom after United's leak was supposedly fixed but I am showing more leaks again. run away from this company. they are the absolute worst!!!!

Nicole called me back quickly and gave me a very good run down on the projected cost. It was an after hours call. Matt, the repairman, was very professional and took the time to explain the problem in detail and even texted a photo of the completed repair. Great folks to work with!

Excellent response time, thoroughness, professionalism, and courtesy toward me, the customer. Paul, the service manager, was outstanding! I had been waiting for a couple of weeks to get this 2,000 gallon-per-day leak fixed, after failed attempts with two other companies. One, my A/C and Plumbing contractor that I normally use for A/C repairs and some minor plumbing work, ended up saying after a couple of days to come out and estimate the job that they couldn't do that kind of repair and I needed to get a larger-scale plumber. Then, after calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing to do an estimate and have the underground lines located before they could dig, they then said they would finally be out one day the following week and never showed up - never even called. I called in to ask what was going on and they said they had another big important job and would reschedule for the next day. Same thing happened the next day, and the day after that. I told them nevermind, I'd find someone else, and ended up calling United. Paul came out the next day to do an estimate, and right from the get-go I knew I finally had the right plumber. He had a "can do" attitude that made it seem so simple, after other plumbers I called for estimates made the job sound like such a big hairy deal and estimated very high - one (Aztec Plumbing) even estimated $1,500 for the job that I ended up paying United less than $500 for. As soon as United could get the underground lines located again (each contractor has to call themselves and re-request it in order to cover themselves), they got people out here as soon as they had an opening in a day or so. And, actually came when they said they would! Paul said that it would be just labor and very little cost for materials (PVC pipe), and that while labor for one plumber was $90 per hour, he could send 2 plumbers to get the job done in about half the time for a "new construction" rate of $110 per hour - very much worth it! Furthermore, when the day came and one of his plumbers was needed for some other job that had to be finished, instead of not showing up or rescheduling like Mr. Rooter did, Paul came out himself so that I'd still have 2 plumbers working, even though he's the service manager and doesn't normally do that kind of work anymore! The 2 of them worked their tails off (it had to be all hand-digging because they were crossing numerous buried cables and had to be careful), got the whole job completely done in 3 1/2 hours and for far less than the price anyone else gave me. Not only that, they also saved me the cost of a GE refrigerator repair call, because I happened to mention I had a leak that was from the ice/water line to the fridge, so Paul said "no problem" and they came in and fixed that leak (replaced tubing and connection) and didn't even charge me for it! To top it all off, they even installed some new washer hoses that I had bought but had been putting off installing myself, AND fixed a loose faucet handle that was more than just tightening a set screw (he had to get under the sink and loosen the faucet stem to remove the top cover, etc.) and didn't even charge me for either of those things too! And they charged 3 1/2 hours labor when actually they were here closer to 4 hours! This company now has a new customer for good, I was so impressed and so satisfied with these folks!

It was wonderful. He was the only person in Florida who came when they said they would.

Mike was a very prompt and proffesional plumber. He was neat, and a quick worker. I actually ordered some more work as I was so impressed with this company and Mike in particular. No nonsense in and out. And not a speck of dust left behind. Spoke to a rep of the company beforehand and he told me just what I needed to pick up. This was the most uncomplicated work I have ever had done. And I also consider their price more than fair.

We have used this company several times and the service and price is unbeatable.

United Plumbing called me to ask if it was okay for their plumber (Matt) to be a few minutes early (which was fine). They were super friendly on the phone. Matt then came to the house exactly unerstood what I wanted done and how I wanted to work. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the first toilet and thoroughly tested it. He then used his bug auger on the second toilet which worked but he also pointed out poential flaws with how the toilet had been installed and the type of toilet. He offered to take up and reseat the toilet but we quickly agreed that, if the problems continued, it made the most sense for me to buy a new, better toilet (as I was going to have that room painted anyway). This was very helpful advice and just what I was looking for from a contractor. Matt then did tackled the hose bibbs. He examined the items I bought from Home Depot, determined they were all just right and he was able to do the three at my house in just over 30 minutes. We then went to the other house and that hose bibb had to done differently as it was connected to a PVC pipe. Matt explained exactly what needed to be done and made sure that I was okay with the extra time it would take. He then took care of that one in the time he estimated and everything was done. I would definitely use United Plumbing again and would ask for Matt.

Contractor was extremely professional, proficient, friendly, timely, and even cleaned up his mess. Definitely recommend his services.

Ai bought a new, old house. Was in for 3 weeks and toilets were flushing slower and slower. United scheduled me quickly and Matt showed up at 1PM. He started on first toilet, worked hard to open line. It proved to be more involved than expected. Worked from roof on breather line, found clean out outlet,

They were very good and let us know what was really wrong with the plubming. I thought that they were up front and honest.

I got them through Angie's List, and they gave me 15% off. None of their technicians could come out, so he was real nice and he had a couple of guys who worked on their new places to come out and fix my problem, and they were probably out within maybe 30 to 60 minutes. They were very nice and helpful, and without any squabble, they gave me my 15% off. I think their price was not too bad. I would use them again in the future.

I am very pleased with the entire job, I knew that with all I had tried to do, I needed a professional, and they did the job perfectly!
