"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

A few more days past and he was now screening calls and I left a message and he never replied. A few days had passed and I left him a negative google review and he in turn provided a company email address. I wrote him an email about the problem and he never responded. Super nice and helpful until paid, then he won't honor any warranty or his work. Don't fall for the act. He exhibits completely unprofessional behavior and is violating the state licensing laws regarding giving a 1 year warranty for any contractor work. He is not accredited with the BBB in spite of what he shows on his website. "
