All our technicians are now wearing a new set of gloves and booties into each home. All tools are wiped down with wipes made to kill germs, not just clean them before going back into the trucks. Hand tools are periodically dipped in rubbing alcohol to further help destroy germs. These may seem like extreme measures, but we take your health and the health of all our employees seriously. He examined the issue, found that the washing machine drain line was overflowing rather than leaking (as I had suspected initially). Luckily, there is a clean-out specifically for the laundry drain on the back of the wall. He opened the (painted-over) clean out and snaked it twice with the electric snaking device. He than tested the drain twice. No more overflow. The drain was flowing well. Since then I have used the washing machine multiple times. Problem solved!. I was quoted $ 145.- for the work and paid $ 130.50 with a 10% Angie's list coupon. I am very happy with this company and the work they did. Highly recommendable."
