The plumber was on time. And did outstanding work.

There was still a minor leak in the refrigerator filter line connection and the line was too short. But the technician agreed and came back the next day to correct problems.

They did a great job, and quickly.

This was a difficult project, owing to the no-cripple-wall construction of my house and the ridiculously tight crawl space - less than a foot in critical spots - plus the maze of beams and ducts. I called six or seven plumbers to come out and bid the work and two of them ran screaming (well, not really, they just told me they needed to work up an estimate 'back at the office' and never called back). One guy swore I'd have to rip out a wall AND the floor to get to the pipe. Mr. Rooter didn't propose anything so dramatic. They just said they'd excavate as needed to make room to move around. So that's what they did. They billed it as a two-day job. They showed up on time, and the work was wrapped up by the third hour of the second day. Because that, I was concerned this job had been overbilled. Their bid had been astronomical, but it was still lower than everyone's except the guy with the lapsed bond. Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak.

It went great. In less than 2 hours I was back in business with household chores.

It was fine. They had to re pipe a lot. It took about 2 days. Yes, I would use them again.

Saturday morning I jumped into the shower to start my day. The next thing I know the bathtub next to the shower started to backup. I called Mr. Rooter in Long Beach at 8:10 AM and asked if they had someone who could come by. Within one hour Shai and his trainee Grant were at my door. While Shai worked clearing the clog while Grant did a thorough check of all my plumbing inside and out. I was very impressed with the work and even more impressed with their attention to detail. They were fast, clean and ever so polite. Hats off to Shai, what a great technician, and his associate Grant. Thanks for doing such a great job. Let me add that the price as far less than expected!

Ridicuculous, they knew I I was in a semi desperate situation and they tried to sell me a water heater for $3,000.

Andy, from Mr. Rooter came to my home to unclog a drain in my bathroom. Andy, the technician, snaked the drain and then said he needed to remove the P trap to snake the drain from that point which would be an additional charge of $50.00. I agreed to the charge and Andy removed the P trap and ran the snake through it. Problem solved. Later that evening I began to place items back under the sink and noticed water in the cabinet. I called Mr. Rooter to have someone come back to my home to fix the leak coming from the P Trap. I was told I would be charged $65.00 for a technician to come out and fix the leak coming from the P trap because it was after hours. I explained this was not a new service. I needed service to correct a problem created by Andy, their technician. I received a call from Miguel Ramirez, another technician, and Miguel said he would not come out unless I paid the additional $65.00 fee. Miguel Ramirez said "if you don't want water leaking in your cabinet don't use the sink until the company can send someone out to fix this issue." I asked Miguel to have the owner call me. The owner, Greg, choose not to call me until the next morning and told me he made a judgement call and decided not to call me the night before. Instead of being apologetic, the owner Greg preceded to justify why it was acceptable to not inconvenience his men after house because they work 10 – 12 hour days. This owner of this company was not only unprofessional he was arrogant. It is unreasonable to expect a customer to pay extra to have someone come back and fix the problem their company created regardless of the time. It is also unacceptable and inexcusable to inconvenience a customer for an error a company made. I will not recommend or use this company ever again. Bad business practice!

Removed p-trap, and ran a snake into the main bathroom's sink drain, but was unable to clear clog due to the poor condition of the old plumbing. However, effort is appreciated and commended because the stench coming from the drain was unbearable. Recommended replacement of santi within wall, and provided estimate. Same procedure was followed to clear clog in sink drain of second bathroom. Although I was disappointed that it was against the service provider's policy to snake the drains from the vent pipes via the roof, one of the drains was cleared, and a good effort was made to clear the other.

They fixed it well. PRoblem was bigger than expected.

They were OK. They showed up and it worked. They were on time and got the job done.

It worked out pretty good. It wasn't bad. I think they applied the coupon that I had. It was clean. The workers were good and professional. Everything was good. I would use them again but I ended up finding somebody that I like better. If that other company wasn't available, I would probably give them a call.

Contacted Mr. Rooter after the water in my shower would not drain. They gave me a same day appointment and were able to quickly resolve the problem. Shai, the plumber, arrived within the promised time window and used a cable to remove a clog that occurred approximately 6 feet into the drain. No games, no "up selling". Just honest work. I will definitely contact Shai and Mr. Rooter again for future work.

The response was immediate, very grateful for that.... because I did not know if the valve was going to be accessible to shutting off..... luckily my daughter was able to shut off, but Mr Rooter showed up immediately. Thank you so much !!

I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having. The technician who came out was Joe. He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly. If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem. I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic. I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

Our garbage disposal broke on Sunday morning. Mr. Rooter was the only provider I could find who provides service on Sundays. There were able to come over within a couple of hours. The garbage disposal was fixed and they even did a check of my faucet/toilet/water heater for no charge. When I called, they even let me purchase an available Angie's List deal then and there to save me $100 off the total price (so I paid $300 total). I will definitely use them again.

Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain. I was unsuccessful so call experts,. they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean. they asked about our main line. We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line. They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe. A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up. solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe. When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out which was about 15 feet from the first hole. They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out. So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.

They were good, but expensive.
