"My husband and I had a ton of work done by Conber Construction and we couldnâ t have asked for a better experience. The scope of the project includes roof, windows, electrical work, exterior wall, tankless water heater, building a new gate, among other things. The project took a few months and it went smoothly the whole way through. Quality of work - Weâ re picky people. Between my husband and I, we checked everything with a fine tooth comb. And at the end of it, even WE were delighted with what we saw. Cesar does everything he can to make sure you're getting what you want. And he delivers. This was apparent from the very beginning. Heâ s got the experience and know-how to achieve what the customer wants, and he really cares that youâ re satisfied with the work. Price - Their quote was very reasonable & fair, and they stayed on budget. We definitely feel we got our money's worth. Strong communication - Customer service is very important to me. Iâ m happy to say, these folks are very responsive. I could reach out at any time with questions or comments and felt very supported throughout the whole process. Even at the very end (when some contractors can peter out), Conber was with us the whole way through. You just donâ t see this kind of customer service anymore. Ideas - When we were stuck and looking for ideas, Cesar and Fabiola were always so helpful. Between Cesar sharing what he has done on other projects, and Fabiola searching for ideas & possibilities online, we got great guidance from them. Construction crew - All their workers were very nice and & respectable. I felt very safe with this team in and out of our house (even during covid!). Very clean, neat & tidy. This is important to keep neighbors happy. Flexibility - We added projects along the way and they were very accommodating. Overall - Our entire experience went so well! The house has been transformed and weâ re constantly getting compliments from the neighbors and friends as they come over! We plan on doing more work on the inside of the house next year and we will, for certain, be reaching out to Conber Construction. Highly, highly recommended."

"Efrain and David are fantastic! When our contractor was suddenly unable to continue with the job, David took over with a great positive attitude. He persistently worked with the city to get the building permit, finally ending a tedious 10 month process. Crews were here working every day. Each one of them was considerate, conscientious, and demonstrated a strong work ethic. Efrain and David communicated with us most days and were always accessible to us. My ADU is adorable and just what we wanted and I am sure that many contractors could have pulled it off. The important thing about Olalde is that they truly care and honestly want us to be happy."

"We had our front and backyard done by Ariel Builders. Ricky was very proactive especially with the approval of our project from our HOA. We love our yard now that it is done! Ricky was supervising our project and was at our home almost every day to make sure it was done properly. It came out so nice. One of our neighbors asked for Ricky is information to do his yard. We highly recommend Ariel Builders and especially Ricky who was great and very professional and friendly."

"After interviewing several contractors to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms and not being very happy with them, I came across Mr. Build. Within moments of meeting Ami Gilad My wife and I felt very comfortable with him. He understood exactly what we wanted and had some excellent ideas on how to accomplish them. His bid, while not the lowest we received, was very competitive. He estimated that the project would take three weeks and despite some delays caused by the building inspector not showing up when scheduled, managed to finish in less than four weeks. His workers were very professional and unlike some other contractors we have had in the past, were there every day. They took great care to lay runners every day to protect our flooring and to remove them at the end of the day. They even put a port-a-potty in the yard for the workers. Ami went with us to the plumbing supply house and was very helpful in picking out bathroom fixtures. He also went with us to pick out tile for the showers and floors. He was very generous with his time, never rushing us and making helpful suggestions. The final product exceeded our expectations and we could not be happier with our new bathrooms. Even the building inspector, during his final inspection, said it was an outstanding job and that he would recommend Mr. Build to anyone. He was amazed that they finished as fast as they did. Highly recommended!"
