Jimmy is thoroughly professional and meticulous in everything he does. Our old marble countertops now shine like they did when new, and the areas of grout that he cleaned/replaced are perfect. He is accomodating on scheduling and he arrives when he says that he will. We were surprised at how quickly he got the work done and were impressed with the results. He even leaves the place looking cleaner than it was when he started. His prices are extremely reasonable. We have already contacted him for another project, and he will be our “go to guy” in the future.

Fantastic. Everything (granite & marble) looks brand new. These guys know what they are doing and they do it very, very well. We have a home in Hancock park with granite kitchen countertops, polished white & black granite tile in one bathroom, and tumbled marble (one bathroom is white tumbled marble - the other cream) in the other two... and a Batchelder tile fireplace. From stains, to dirt that had migrated under the edges into the tile edges of the white tumbled marble, cracked grout, cracked tile, and so much more, it was all done in two days and done to perfection. They cleaned up beautifully each day too, taking care at the beginning of each day to lay tarps down from the front door in over our hard wood floors. It’s hard to find guys like this. We’ve been through loads of construction over the last 20 years, from initial total remodel (from replacing all plumbing, electric, gutting the kitchen and bathrooms, refinishing wood floors, new roof and going all-solar) to adding a master addition, so I’ve seen it all. JJ Marble Restoration is one in a million.

JJ really saved us. We had purchased a new drop-in kitchen sink which did not fit into the granite opening on the countertop. JJ masterfully and precisely cut the granite opening to the exact measurement allowing for the kitchen sink to be installed. He was very diligent about protecting the rest of kitchen from granite duct. He is punctual, responsive and polite and competent. His prices are very reasonable and competitive.

We found Jimmie and his brother on Angie's list and took a leap of faith by hiring someone we didn't know. That leap was an Olympic winning jump. These guys refurbished an ugly kitchen full of nondescript granite and marble and turned it into a fresh, "new" kitchen. We had old fashioned rounded bull-nose counters that was poorly installed with large seams and irregular surfaces. Our floors were dirty, stained and unattractive marble. They came in and followed our direction to perfection, squaring off the bull-nose edges, honing all the surfaces, replacing the grouting and making the kitchen look new again. In addition to a flawless job, they were a delight to have in our home while we lived here. Each evening the kitchen was left perfectly clean, tools stored outside, and it made living through a remodel easy. Their main man, Victor, was skilled at his craft and hard working, as was Jose, Jimmie's brother. While I was "micro-managing" their job, Jose's answer to everything I would bring up was, "don't worry, we'll do it" and they did! As a result, we had them do our outdoor kitchen granite and tired, sun-exposed granite table. Both look brand new. The outdoor kitchen granite looks like glass. We're now having them come back to do our bathrooms. Our only hesitation in recommending these fantastic folks is that we'll have a hard time getting them in the future! If you're surfing for the right folks, you found them.

They did a wonderful job restoring my 10 year old countertops to their original shine. The quality of the work was excellent and best of all they were very neat .

This is the second time using JJ Marble and I can't recommend them high enough. Today they regrouted my marble tile shower floor. It took over 5 hours and it was amazing work and very reasonable. They are also really good about being spotless and the pride in their work shows. Previously they replaced some stained pieces of marble in my tub surround and the job was fantastic and also very reasonable. If you have anything involving tile, marble, granite you found the right people.

JJ came on time and cleaned and polished our granite and marble counter tops. One of the black granite countertops had a stain on it, likely from a cleaning chemical. I didn't think they would ever get it off, but it's gone! Our marble countertop looked horrible after 7 years and had stains, scratches and other marks; after their treatment it actually looks new. The owner said at the time of quoting that he could make it look new, but I didn't believe him. He also regrouted some areas of this countertop that were not done right in the first place. In addition they cleaned some bathroom floor tile in 3 bathrooms that also had some deep stains and muddy looking grout. They look new as well! They also improved the appearance of certain areas I didn't expect them to work on. The job cost exactly what they quoted. The only thing they could improve, in my opinion, is to send a pdf invoice; instead the invoice was written out in an email. I would absolutely use JJ again and recommend them to anyone. They surpassed my expectations.

Showed up on time, worked quickly and did excellent work, making my countertop look brand new. It was a relatively small job and he made a point to not overcharge me, as some other companies tried to do.

I feel like I have a new kitchen! JJ Marble Restoration wet sanded my travertine floors, hand scrubbed the grout and repaired or replaced it where needed, matching the existing grout color. They put a fresh sealant on my granite counter tops, removing all the existing cocking and replacing it with a better color that coordinated with my back splash at their suggestion. The cocking for my under-the-counter sink had deteriorated, allowing water to begin to seep through to the cabinet. JJ removed the cocking and replaced it with a gel sealant that alleviates the problem. They arrived on time and were very professional in covering and protecting my kitchen cabinets. JJ Marble Restoration sees a problem and fixes it. Their work is professional and excellent. I highly recommend them for your marble and granite needs.

I am SO happy with the work I am literally writing this review ten minutes after Jimmy finished the job. I had him out because one piece of marble in my bathroom tub surround had rust stains in it and I wanted to replace it. He came out within a couple days of me calling, looked and then went and got a matching piece of marble. He had to stain it to make it exactly match and he did, perfectly. He showed me that the metal underneath the marble had rusted and was very wet so he had it air dry for two days, came back and sealed the rusty metal and installed the new piece of marble and re-caulked the whole tub. It looks incredible, he is amazing at what he does, is very nice. You can see the pride in his work and the price is fair. Especially for the end result.

JJ Marble was fantastic. They restored, regrouted, sealed and polished a really badly beaten up marble kitchen floor. They arrived exactly on time, covered all the lower kitchen cabinets, and treated the room as if it was their own. The finished work was beautiful, and done exactly on time. I expected I'd have to touch up some of the baseboards, but they were so professional there wasn't a mark. I highly, highly recommend Jimmy and JJ Marble

This company by far exceeded my expectations. After two years of remodeling and going through many tile companies and being disappointed every time I am so relieved to find a company that not only does an amazing job but is priced very fair. I had spots on the marble in my kitchen and I had water damage on the marble in my bathrooms. I met with Jimmy who was very nice, we walked through all the work that needed to be done. I really appreciated his honesty and him not trying to sell me on doing extra work. He sent me a proposal that evening as promised. I was hesitant because all the other estimates I received were so much higher. For some reason I knew I could trust that Jimmy's crew was going to do a great job. His crew showed up on time, which is a rarity in itself. They put little plastic covers on their shoes and covered everywhere so that my house would not get damaged. They did everything they said they would do in the proposal: 1. Remove any scratches and stains. 2. Replace missing grout on backsplash and seems. 3. Replace silicone on shower enclosure. 4. Seal the marble with one of the best brands in the market. In the kitchen I was amazed when they were able to get all the stains out of the marble counters, making it look better than when it was first installed. They put in a lot of care into their work, they made sure it was done right. I was so impressed that I asked if they could revive an old side marble table that had seen better days. It definitely did not look like a 30 year old table after they were done with it! I am so relieved to have finally found a tile company I can trust. I'm a customer for life. Thanks Jimmy and crew!

These guys are terrific. Jimmy came out for an estimate. Very nice, punctual and friendly. Price was reasonable. Crew showed up on time and was very good at keeping everything clean. They take pride in their work and the quality of the work is excellent. The bathrooms look better than they did when new. There was a minor issue with how one of the cracks was fixed, so we called Jimmy. They came back to take care of it, no hassle, no questions asked. Excellent!

They were one of the many who came and gave estimate. I must said they didn't have anything fancy to sell themselves. Jose showed up and quoted me a fair price. Pure gut feeling I went with them and I am glad I did. They came on time, clean up after themselves and after 3 days. My blacken marble floor looks like a shining piece of glass. I couldn't believe that was the same floor. They have done such a good job my other contractors were asking for their cards. More so, they filled in the cracks with fresh grout and YES, they even fixed another contractors mishap! Overall, these guys were very professional and honest. Not the cheapest but you get what you paid of. True Gems when it comes to contractors.
