This review and my recommendation of IND Construction are an absolute pleasure to write. We wanted to update our bathroom with a new shower, and we got bids from four companies. We selected IND Construction because of its very competitive pricing, its keen demonstration of understanding what we wanted, and the complete professionalism of its project manager, Dorel Zander. We were not disappointed! The work was done when he said it would be; Dorel kept me informed daily of what was happening and what would happen next. He found some additional small problems and helped us decide what to do, he gave excellent advice and always supported our decisions. The work team was amazing. They were always on time, took pride in their clean workmanship, and were always courteous, hard workers. If they did something that wasn’t perfect, they reworked it, all within the price we were quoted. Ultimately, they sent in their cleaner, and our bathroom was left pristine. We were not charged one dollar more than what was in the agreement. I could go on about how pleased I am with the way it all turned out, but let this heartfelt recommendation speak for itself. I unconditionally recommend working with INC Construction.

The workmanship throughout the renovation was top notch and the final result is impeccable. We had a bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom and closet and laundry area put in. They took care of all our needs and we are very happy with the results. It was scary for us to search for a contractor through another renovation, we had some major trust issues from a previous contractor that had employed reckless workers that damaged many things and had to re-do a lot. IND came through for us on everything we wanted, and I'm so glad I trusted my instincts that they would deliver us the best results. We never had to worry about them doing a good job. If any challenges arose, they made it right. Erez and his team are highly skilled.

IND Construction did a full demo and remodel of both the bathrooms in my condo. Eran and his crew did an amazing job, and having worked with plenty of contractors in the past, I can honestly say I do not think you will find a contractor with better communication than IND. Extremely professional, always on time, and always quick to respond to any question. IND went out of their way to make sure everything met my expectations. Top tier contractor.

My husband and I hired IND Construction to replace the shower in our primary bathroom with a tub/shower combo. (Our shower needed a repair that unfortunately required starting over). We worked with Erez and Javier and their team. We started on March 6th and finished on April 17th. Our project seemed simple on paper, but had some unexpected hurdles along the way. We appreciated how this team handled all of it. They worked kindly and patiently with our neighbor when a problem was discovered in a shared wall. The tile work was very well done!! If we discovered a mistake, or something we didn’t understand, or something we didn’t like…..they looked into it, explained it, and resolved it right away. They worked with us through a manufacturer defect in our tub that was discovered after install and required reinstalling a replacement tub. Throughout the project, we felt supported with clear communication and timely responses to questions or concerns. Everyone who came into our home was kind and respectful of our space, our pets and us working from home. They really stood by their work and wanted us to be happy with the final results of this investment in our home. We would highly recommend this team for your project. We love how our bathroom came out. We also really appreciate that though we had several hiccups along the way, this team was completely true to their word. If it wasn’t right, they came right back and fixed it. They were honest and kind. We have found these qualities to be hard to find.

After getting three estimates, I selected Dorel from IND to remodel a condo I have in San Pedro. The price was in the middle of the other two (although they were fairly close together.) The project was a total internal remodel including new cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. The IND Team was fast, efficient and kept up up-to-date with their progress. They were easy to work with and they were on time. (That is unusual with contractors.) The key was getting everything to them when needed so they could keep up with the schedule. I was very impressed with the entire process and used them to do a remodel project in my home. They value their customers and Dorel sent a few gifts at different times as a thank you for my business. The most important aspect of all of the work with them is that they kept true to the schedule.

For our first remodel, we dove right in with a big project that was effectively updating half of our house, with a complete re-build of our kitchen and removing several walls to have an open space kitchen, living room, and dining room. We are very pleased to have worked with IND for this project, specifically their project manager Erez and foreman Allan. Since it was our first time doing anything like this, we were unsure at many points along the way about the process, but Erez and Allan both did a great job answering the many, many questions we had and guiding us through. There was a point where there was a mistake in the framing and one of the appliances was not going to fit. Rather than a back-and-forth, Erez and the whole team simply stepped up to re-do a lot of work to make the piece work as planned. Huge shout-out to the crew who worked extra to keep the delays to a minimum! Communication was challenging at times between us, IND, and a designer, but everyone was professional, transparent, and in the end, we have a beautiful kitchen and living space that we love. We really appreciated how the work and pricing was laid out up front, the pace at which work was completed, and that we could rely on them for vendor recommendations for every part of the work. The whole team always wanted to do the best work and make everything right, and we trusted them entirely to do that. We will absolutely work with them again for future remodel projects and highly recommend them. Thank you!

I hired IND to do repairs and waterproofing work for an ADU that had mold remediation work done. They did an excellent job replacing the damaged materials and solving the water intrusion issues. The project was complete on time and on budget. The communication was timely and informative. I would not hesitate to use IND for future construction projects.

As my first venture into the world of remodeling, I wanted to start small. So, I decided to redo my guest bathroom. I reviewed and spoke with a number of contractors, but I hit the jackpot when I met with Dorel of IND Construction. From the initial interview to the proposal to the contract to the demolition through to the rebuild, Dorel, the project manager, always responded to my questions and concerns. The IND team (a shout out to Javier and his crew and Gina and the office staff) worked with Dorel's guidance to produce the best product possible (while all the time working with a forever barking dog). I had a bathroom remodel done by IND Construction. Erez Shifferman was the project manager. Erez was easy to work with, very attentive and gave me feedback on things I wanted and needed. I was told this remodel would take three weeks. It was done in three weeks. His crews were very professional and did a very good job cleaning up after the project.

Owning a home for almost 30 years means updating, and I have to admit we were a bit shy about hiring guys to fix our en suite bathroom for the master bedroom. Fortunately we had neighbors who couldn't say enough about IND. They redid their bathroom, and we were impressed that they were so pleased with the results, since they hate everything. So we took the plunge, and we're both SO GLAD we did. Dorel and Amir ran our remodel, and they took all of 29 days (including a Holiday week) to transform our unusable bathroom into a working and pleasant place. I was stunned, having spoken with friends whose bath remodels ran up to 3 months. IND are pros, and the best kind of pros: people who care about every detail and are knowledgeable enough to answer my silly questions patiently and accurately. Thanks, IND!

We have a house on the hillside in Sherman Oaks and wanted to fully redesign and modernize our kitchen and do it so it would take advantage of our great valley views. The job has just been finished. Our new kitchen is everything we hoped it would be and more. We hired IND Construction. The quality of their work was first rate. The workers were invariably highly skilled, friendly and considerate. The job was completed on budget with no surprises for extras. Erez Shifferman, IND’s Senior Project Manager, and Allan Pineda, IND’s foreman for the job, guided us through all aspects of the renovation with skill and kindness. Whenever we had to choose designs, Erez and his team advised us well, demonstrating their extensive knowledge of this business. Whatever we asked to have done was done just as we requested. Whenever issues arose, Erez and Allan resolved them patiently and effectively. When a major kitchen renovation is in progress, there is a risk living in the house will become intolerable. Everything Erez, Allan and IND could do to minimize inconvenience for us was done effectively. The workers cleaned up carefully after each work day. We were surprised our lives could continue with a minimum of upheaval. We could not be happier or more grateful. Our high expectations for what our kitchen would become have been exceeded. We love how it looks, how it functions and how spectacular the views from it have become. It has been a great pleasure to have IND build it for us.

We hired IND Construction to do a complete remodel of our 20+ year old master bathroom, which they completed last week. It turned out AMAZING, and we couldn't be happier. Erez our project manager and Allan our foreman were very responsive, listened to any concern we had, fixed mistakes as they came up, and worked within our budget. They obtained all the construction permits (and there were many since we had to gut the dang thing) and passed every inspection with flying colors. When this process started I had already ordered cabinets, flooring, and a tub, but I was at a complete loss when it came to the rest of the details, so they referred me to a designer they frequently work with to figure out the rest (a huge thank you to Ana Ozmaie from Studio Ozmaie!). While our decisions slowed the process a bit, IND was very flexible with the design changes we made during the process. As in any construction project, there are hiccups, and we hit a big one. And the way they handled it will forever make me a fan of IND and the people who work for them. About a month before the demo, I had installed cedar panels inside a closet, and unbeknownst to me, hit a shower pipe dead-on which sealed the pipe for 4 weeks (!)--and promptly came unsealed when they jackhammered the shower to remove the 2" of cement and old tile. We had a SUBSTANTIAL amount of water coming through the living room ceiling from the bathroom above, and to make matters worse the water shut off to the house was frozen open from years of hard water build up. I called Erez frantically, who immediately responded and sent Allan and Henry their plumber right away and they were able to stop the leak before we had damage to our furniture or floor downstairs. It could have been SO much worse if it had not been for them. They fixed it (one of our many change orders, ha) and you can't tell now we ever had a 8ft x 10ft soggy hole in our living room ceiling. So a construction company that not only saves the day but completes your dream bathroom masterfully? Oh yes. I highly recommend IND Construction.

My wife and I sat spent a good amount of time and research personally designing exactly how we want our Condo renovation to look. We have quality taste; and knew we needed the right contractor for the job to match all the design plans exactly. We searched around for many companies for knowledge, experience, professionalism; and price. I live in a 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom Condo (with an awesome view); with very strict HOA; so I had to find the right fit contractor for a detailed job. We are very detailed people; and picky with having things done perfectly in designs; so combining how we are with our plan to do a full (every single room) renovation of my condo on the 16th floor; we knew it would be quite the extensive project. When Dorel gave us a walk-through back in December 2022; he was extremely confident; calm; and knowledgable. IND reviews and pics online that showed their work were excellent. Quote came back close to budget; so the combination of all these things; helped us choose IND to do the work. With many restrictions in our HOA; IND provided a seamless process; and adhered to all the rules / regulations. The work that their contractors did (Javier & a few others); was high quality / professional work. Over the 4 months the project took to complete; we were provided clear expectations of the process and each step of the way. We personally made multiple additions / changes to the original plan; and IND easily added things and worked everything into the plan smoothly. We now have our condo looking not only like a dream come true; but literally the most beautiful Condo in the entire building. We already started referring other condo owners to IND and Dorel. Great quality of work! We had a few things done to our home as we are remodeling. The turn around time from beginning to end has been nothing but amazing! Such nice people to work with and super professional all around! I would recommend IND Contruction to anyone looking for assistance with any project, big or small!

We just finished our project and it turned out wonderful! From the beginning, our PM Erez was polite, on time, and made us feel comfortable about taking this next step in our renovations, something that hasn’t been done to this extent in maybe 45 years in our house. We first had the bathroom redone (flooring, countertops, and relocating the shower). After that, we started the bigger project of redesigning the kitchen. This started by meeting with their designer to draft up the renderings. We redid 100% of everything from the flooring, cabinets, tore down two load bearing walls, then painting the joining dining room, hallway, and living room. Erez was in constant communication with us and always welcomed our text message questions at any day/time. They keep you informed of the progress and collect payment along the way after a task item has been completed. If there is something that you don’t like on the finished item, such as grout color, they are more than willing to adjust and redo anything if needed. As long as you openly communicate with them, you’ll have an amazing outcome that is better than you imagined.

Our experience with IND, and in particular with Dorel Zander, was outstanding. We are first time remodelers and had tons of questions and even more concerns as we embarked on a bathroom upgrade, and Dorel provided much-needed guidance every step of the way. Dorel provided a detailed bid and described every phase of the process, and delivered the project just as described, right on budget. There were no hidden fees or overages, just excellent work from start to finish. The only delays were on our side, due to fixture shipping issues, and Dorel and his team took these in stride. When we've had some small questions and concerns after the completion of the job, Dorel has sent a talented team member to check them out same day. We've already hired IND Construction for a second job, and can't wait to work with them again. IND Construction was a wonderful company to partner with for our bathroom addition/remodel. We found them at another home in our neighborhood and they had great reviews. We added a new bathroom inside a very large main bedroom. The services they provided checked all the important boxes for us. They completed the entire project. They drew the plans and worked with the city to obtain our permits. We had an itemized budget that they did not stray from. We knew exactly what we were going to pay through each phase of the project. The pace of the job was amazing, there was work happening at our house almost every week day, no wondering when they were coming. Our project was finished in about 8 weeks! We have recommended them to neighbors. The project manager Dorel was a pleasure to work with. He communicated with us almost daily. He was kind, respectful and attentive. From the start to finish IND Construction was wonderful to work with. Dorel was my project manager and he was there every step and handled any hiccups immediately. He was at the job extremely frequently and was always very responsive and reliable. I’ve worked with many contractors over the years and IND Construction has been one of the easiest and fastest to work with. They remodeled a small apartment unit in less than 2 months which included new electrical, some plumbing, refinished the floors, painted, remodeled the bathroom and the kitchen. IND did great work and I would highly recommend working with them.

As someone who needed to end a working relationship with my previous contractor for several reasons, I can be confident in saying that IND is a great choice of construction service in the LA area. It was a great experience throughout and the final product looks and feels exactly as expected. IND took over a renovation that was only about 25% done and was able to finish it in roughly 4 months. This includes a full bath, half bath, full kitchen, flooring throughout 75% of the home, two custom walk-in closets, as well as a custom railing and stairs. It was a pretty large amount of work in little time. I worked with Avi and he was extremely easy to get ahold of and made sure any issues were taken care of, including any mistakes that might have been made. I believe this is the key to a good experience, especially in construction, since no crew is ever going to do a perfect job from beginning to end. Some things might go wrong or you might need to change how things are designed once you open up the walls. Avi and his crew never made it seem like they were going to keep asking for more money and they never reneged on what they committed to. All of the workers who came by during the process were very nice and respectful. I was living in the house during the renovation so I had a lot of interaction with them. I received several reno proposals over the past year during my renovation and I'd say IND was on the higher end of the price spectrum, but comparable to most. I'd highly suggest you not take price into concern with your project. You'll be happier paying people who do a good job and fast, along with simply having a pleasant experience, then paying less money but never seeing the end of the tunnel.

Just completed a remodeling project of a 2 bedroom condo with IND and couldn't be more pleased. I interviewed 8 contractors prior to deciding on IND and Allan, and it was clear from the beginning that I had made the right decision. The entire process was painless because of the responsiveness of Allan and the quality of workmanship by the whole crew. The coordination of different stages of the project was seamless. Everyone listened and did their best to make it a pleasant experience that made the final result exactly what I had in mind. I would recommend IND without hesitation.

Recently got our kitchen remodeled by IND, couldn't have had a better experience! Avi and his team were fantastic, and the kitchen turned out beautifully! Renovations in the COVID age are never easy, but they made things simple and safe. Also, they really helped us through the creative process, since our vision was a little more modern than a standard kitchen, and our kitchen isn't huge at all. I couldn't recommend them more, and plan on having them remodel my bathroom in 2023.

I'm so excited to post a rave review about IND Construction. They recently redid all my ceilings — overseeing the asbestos removal company, sanding the ceilings to a super smooth finish, and priming and painting. I was so happy with the results that I've just contracted with them again for a long list of other renovations and repairs. IND delivers high quality work at a reasonable price. And if you're lucky enough to work with Eran, one of the owners, you'll find someone who is a responsive, detail oriented, kind person who listens closely to everything you have to say. We found Erez and IND through Angi and because of an issue with mold in our bathroom. We are still in the earlier stages of our project but so far every step has been painless and easy! I have had really bad experiences with other construction companies in the past so while this is early on our project the early experience is key. For the mold remediation we barely knew the workmen had been there. They were efficient and cleaned up daily to the point that my daughter did a double take at how clean it was after they left! We feel fortunate to have found Erez and his team! They show up when they say they will and perform exactly what was discussed. They go at the pace the customer is comfortable with and treat their customers like family! (pic displayed is a before pic and will post finished pics when everything is completed!)

Erez Shifferman and IND were excellent and we are very pleased with the results of our recent kitchen remodel. This was the second remodel project we have done working with Erez. His communications were outstanding, prompt and thorough. He kept the project moving and avoided unnecessary delays. When problems arose, he was quick to find solutions. Erez has a style that instilled confidence that he was working to achieve our objectives. As a whole, the IND crews were neat, courteous, conscientious, and assured quality results. Of particular note, the demolition, flooring and tiling crews were excellent. IND was excellent. When we have future remodeling projects, Erez Shifferman and IND will be the first (and maybe only) contractors we will contact.
