I had the best experience I wish they would do other things besides pest control. "Our house was infested with termites, I used Lloyd's Pest control. They convinced me to use a heat treatment vs. tenting. I was told by the technician this process would cover the entire house. The quote was $2002 and process would take about 5 hours. Scheduled for October 2018, the one technician set up the equipment, ran the heat for one hour then packed up and left. I called and complained, a return visit with 2 technicians doing the same process but for a few hours. However, it was not explained to us that the heat treatment would only cover the 2nd story, although they sprayed in a few places outside, it was not sufficient. Since that time I've called for several trips back to kill termite infected areas in my home. Most of these return visits are for the downstairs areas. As of today, I called this morning to inspect/ treat areas in front of my home and above the garage. I would not recommend or use this company. It was a waste of money, even though their statement indicates "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ", I was willing to apply what I've already paid to do the correct procedure, which is tenting. Well, now if I want tenting it will cost about $2600. I will never use them again. I feel cheated and scammed."
