Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value This company is a fraud - illegally charging fees for services never provided. I have in writing that the fraudulent account was canceled but the unscrupulous business practices of Hawx continues to illegally charge my account. They refuse to provide alleged dates of service, since none is provided. Avoid at all costs.

I was sold a year contract of service for hawx pest control from a door to door salesman it sounded great so why not try at first the service was great they would call to schedule when the tech would be coming out to spray and they would also come when you called as needed it also got my bug and spiders under control. Now that my contract year is close to renewing if I don't cancel Whitin a period of time the service has suddenly dropped now the tech just shows up randomly to spray which is very inconvenient it did not even take care of the spiders and bugs this time around and now that i have been trying to call to cancel I keep getting the run around. They have you on hold and no one ever comes to the phone they offer a call back option and I chose that 2 weeks ago and still have not received a call back. I do not recommend this company as it is all a scam to give you good service at first then give you the run around and make it impossible for you to speak to anyone or try to cancel so they can continue to take your money but not give you the quality service you deserve. Hawx pest control is so unprofessional and I do not recommend! This has happened in the past month since then I have still been trying to cancel my service I keep getting the run around I cant get anyone on the phone I tried to use the online chat and of course Samantha refused to assist me with my request she reused to give me any information that I requested and told me to call. Call the phone line that they never answer and say they will call you back if you leave your number and they never do. I posted another review on google and i got a response to email Natalie do you think Natalie has responded to me, No it is in their poor business practice to put the customer last. Not only do they refuse to help you but their services are less than satisfactory they come to spray for insects and it doesn't take care of the problem. Do yourself a favor and runaway if you ever see this Hawx pest control I do not recommend this unprofessional business that will just give you the run around and no the service you deserve. I regret using this service!!

SLAM THE DOOR on these guys. PREDATORY sales tactics. Hawx salespeople are the only pests in my front yard I need to worry about. I blame myself for not reading the fine print, but this was their plan the whole time. As a new home owner, this will be the last time I'll be tricked into signing a contract from a solicitor at my door. They pull you in with a low introductory rate, but you'll wind up signing for a six month contract that extends into the next year. Their website is difficult to sign into to attempt to find out your own account info and if you call to cancel, they will transfer you to another department. Of course I had to wait forever for them to answer. But I wasn't done yet! After reading so many other bad reviews, I was prepared to be taken advantage of just one more time before closing my account. After the predatory sales rep offered me a lower rate of $80 a month and I declined, I was informed that I'd be incurring a cancellation fee if I were to end my service "early." My other option was that I could have them visit just two more times and we'd be done. H*** no. I'm not going through this cancellation process again. I'd rather lose money. I told him, "Lets just go ahead and move forward with my original plan." "Schedule your services?" he responded. I said, "No, I'll pay the $195 (w**) cancellation fee and be done with it." Guy couldn't believe it, but he said "Okay, your account is closed." But it wasn't yet because he didn't have my card on file that I had removed, which he had not realized yet! Another predatory sales tactic to keep stringing me along. After giving him my credit card info, my annoyance with Hawx Pest Control was finally over. Do yourself a favor and go with a reputable mosquito control service and give these CLOWNS the cold shoulder the next time they ring your doorbell looking for their next victim. The very first time I hired them it worked for a long time and then the second tech comes and sprays and made it worse.

Misleading and dishonest. Hired them to treat for termites and they did 4 treatments 30 days apart. After the contract was finished they called me every month to ask if I needed and service. I always declined. Then 9 months later they called, I didn't pick up and they initiated a treatment on their own, and charged me without authorization. I called and they were very rude, unprofessional, and did not refund my $99.00. Their contract is very misleading and do not sign or use their service. You will regret it just like I do.

Terrible service and company over all horrible. They Claim they come to your house to provide service you will get a text message but nobody shows up at your Home and they just charge your credit card when you sign up for service the representatives claim that it's months 2 months and you can cancel it anytime anytime free and yet if you call and try to cancel your account because they are switch bating you they ask you to pay $250. Representatives are not helpful are not hopeful they will make you you run around to cancel their services better never even start with this company so far experience been horrific

Services provided were done professionally. Service Reps are friendly and knowledgeable.

The Pest Control Service is scheduled for August 17 at 11:00 am ~ 1:00 pm, with Kendale Labon as my regularly assigned Technician. I will also need my house and garage done again.

Great job and responsible. But sometimes take long to make an appointment.

As of now not good. Have spiders coming in house, ants all over outside, I called for them to come out again, which I was told I could anytime, I called an can’t come out until August !!!!

They work good pre-covid.... However NOW the Scheduleing is dificult, they call at last minute and dont give you enough time for moving the pets, there is little communication. I did not give them Payment recurring authorization o--Only 1 time and they took my payment each service with out my approval. I still have ants

Did not hire this company for my project and would never consider them in the future. They will not stop calling and texting me, even though I told days ago them I went with another vendor. Pushy, inconsiderate and just plain rude.

Very pushy door-to-door salesmen always lie telling us they're working on a neighbor's house. The only problem is I know my neighbors they pointed at and they said they told them no as well. These same salesmen come by every so often, If you insist on going to do door to door please have some kind of database of houses that already said no. Otherwise, you will have these super negative reviews all over the internet. This is the 4th time I've said not interested and now I will post on every single internet review board until you get the point.

They did a pretty good job. The people who went here were nice.
