This company is amazing and the only company I would recommend. I was hearing noises in my attic. My wife was freaking out and I had no idea what to do. I called Best Pest and Wildlife Control. They came out, inspected my home, found roof rats in our attic. They not only resolved our current issue but they also closed off our house to prevent future issues too. My wife is happy and I'm happy. Highly recommend them.

Awesome company, we had a huge raccoon family living in our attic. They were very quick to resolve the by removing them and preventing raccoons form gaining access again. Tyler and Noah were very professional and knowledgeable.

Great service we had a squirrels living and nesting in our attic. They quickly came out and assess the situation and removed and cleaned all the damage they caused. Tyler was great and very knowledgeable.

I am writing to share my deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with Best Pest Wildlife Control, a service that promised much but delivered nothing but incompetence and negligence. My encounter with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others about the appalling service they provide. Firstly, the salesperson who initially visited my property to assess the services I required was shockingly unprofessional. Despite assuring me of a comprehensive attic sanitization treatment, the reality was far from what was promised. I was instructed to vacate my home for two hours during the treatment, only to find out later that the solution provided was grossly inadequate. The service representative who followed brought a small bottle of solution, clearly insufficient to cover the entire attic, and did not even bother to wear a mask during application. The minimal amount of solution used was so ineffective that there was no discernible difference in the house's odor afterward. It was a complete waste of time and money. Furthermore, the sales rep made lofty promises about installing a one-way exit door to prevent roof rats from re-entering my home. However, the service rep who arrived the next day seemed completely oblivious to this commitment. Instead of a professional solution, I was presented with a makeshift contraption—a flimsy tube crudely fashioned out of galvanized steel—hastily shoved into the dryer exhaust port on the roof. It was painfully evident that this makeshift device was never intended to be effective, leaving me feeling utterly duped and frustrated. Moreover, despite promises of installing a stronger alternative to galvanized steel mesh, the service rep simply rearranged our existing mesh, leaving larger openings than before and failing to reassemble some of the roof caps properly. To add insult to injury, I even discovered one of our mesh caps abandoned on the roof, as if forgotten after their shoddy service. Essentially, their pest control method offered nothing new or effective beyond what we had already implemented. To make matters worse, the service rep left a dead mouse on my dryer and neglected to remove it, adding insult to injury and highlighting their utter lack of professionalism and attention to detail. The final straw was the exorbitant cost of $1,476 for a service that amounted to little more than making holes in my roof, sprinkling a bit of air freshener in the attic, and leaving behind a dead rodent. It felt like a blatant scam, preying on unsuspecting customers like myself, especially the elderly. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Best Pest Wildlife Control to anyone. Their deceptive sales tactics, shoddy workmanship, and abysmal customer service make them a company to avoid at all costs.
