We had wanted to replace them for years; however, previous quotes from other companies were well beyond what we could afford. We decided to try again this year and requested a quote from Smart Window Company. David Winkler promptly contacted us on January 18, 2025, and arranged a Virtual Consultation via Zoom for the following day as this was most convenient for us. During the meeting, he spent nearly two hours understanding our specific requirements and exploring available options, providing a detailed explanation regarding the custom replacement windows. He demonstrated professionalism and was approachable throughout the interaction. On January 20, we received our initial quote for replacing 11 windows with 10 new ones, as we opted to merge two old windows into a larger picture window in the master bedroom. All windows included a lifetime guarantee. Although another company provided a significantly lower quote without any guarantee, David diligently worked to adjust the price until it was comparable to the lower quote. Consequently, we signed the contract with Smart Window Company on January 28. The Installation Manager, Tom, visited on February 3 to verify the final measurements for the windows. He professionally explained the installation process and advised us on preparations. On February 8, he informed us via email that our project had been ordered, with delivery expected in 6 to 8 weeks. The windows arrived ahead of schedule, and we scheduled the installation for March 3. On the installation day, the three-man crew led by Bryan, the Crew Leader, arrived promptly at the appointment time. Bryan communicated effortlessly in perfect English with us, and in Spanish with Byron and the rest of the crew. He remeasured everything and verified each window's size. Unfortunately, one window had incorrect dimensions due to a manufacturing error. Nevertheless, the team proceeded efficiently and meticulously, removing the old louvers and installing the replacements within four hours. Bryan assured us that the correct-sized window would be expedited from the manufacturer. The job site was left clean and tidy both inside and outside. Today, on March 19, Peter, the Job Foreman, installed the remaining window, completing the task in less than an hour. We are extremely satisfied with the fantastic customer service, the excellent quality of the product and the workmanship and the overall dedication to customer satisfaction provided by the entire staff at Smart Window Company. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality windows at a reasonable price."

"Just after half a year after they completed the job, the paint are peeling off. I have already contacted them , call them a lot of times (30 times for the past 4 mos ), but they did not respond. The problem was not resolved. It was a terrible job, terrible post sale customer service."

"They do good work when you tell them you won't accept them cutting corners and provide site supervision since there is none from the office. Communication was non-existent. They removed the siding from the front of my house, replaced with stucco, installed new windows and front door, and painted the entire house. At the end of the job I am happy with the overall result but every trade tried to get me to sign off on cutting corners and sloppy work. Once I pointed it out they redid the work properly, but it was extremely frustrating. Not the experience I expected for the premium price I paid. They were extremely messy during the whole process and left nails and debris all over my lawn which we had to clean up several times to ensure the safety of my dogs and children. They would have left paint all over my driveway if I hadn't made them come back to powerwash it. They were sloppy until you called them out on it and then they fixed it. Avoid the headache if you can. A 4-5 week job took 12 weeks."

"We have had the pleasure of working with Renewal by Anderson of Eastern Washington, whose crew (Jeff R., Tanner S., Micah R., Daniel R., and Luis G.) worked to build out and replace a bay window and replace 8 other windows. They were professional and courteous the entire time they were here. We will be working with them in the future to replace the rest of the windows that need done. They were definitely not the cheapest to use, but the quality and workmanship is definitely worth the money."

"I'm so happy that I found David at CA Cabinets! He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."
