My experience with Home 2 Renovate was excellent. From start to finish they were professional. attentive, helpful, on time and I absolutely love our new windows. Their lending company UPGRADE is the absolute worst. Steer clear of this company. Their method of how you have to make monthly payments is awful. I have never been so disappointed with a company. Ever.

I hired H2R to apply Coolwall Systems coating to the exterior of my house, and am very happy with the price, process and results. The crew worked every day until completion. They even worked the weekend to complete the job before the next rainstorm! They were very pleasant and courteous, and were thorough and meticulous throughout. They cleaned up and neatly stored tools and materials at the end of each day. As a retired construction superintendent, I was pleased with their attention to detail! When I asked about roof vents and flashings, they freshened up the paint at no additional cost - even though it was never discussed prior to start. One thing to be aware of; even though sanding and patching of wood trim was included in the original quote,apparently stucco patching was not included since the extent could not be determined until water-blasting was done. Just make sure you know what is included. I am already considering H2R for a future project, and highly recommend them!

Alex and the whole team were great. The operation was really efficient, with high quality craftsmanship - and they made sure that we had a new roof in time for the rain. I really couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Home 2 Renovate installed a section of my overall roof system. Specifically, they replaced the flat roofing that lies between my home and the garage. This section of roof developed leaks both a few months after installation, which they did make repairs, and then also roughly 2 years later. I had no confidence in their company and hired another company to redo that section of roof once more. So now I have had to pay for that roofing twice plus all the interior water damage. I cannot recommend this company.

Our experience with Home 2 Renovate has been wonderful. They replaced our roof, repaired our stucco, and painted our house. From the very first time Home 2 Renovate visited us, they took their time in explaining everything to us and they made sure to answer all of our questions. They came quickly to do the work at our home and were constantly following up to make sure everything was going well. They did not only follow up on the phone, but personnel came every other day during the project to inspect the work of the crew. Home 2 Renovate's customer service is second to none. We will be using Home 2 Renovate for future projects.

Joey and JC were extremely helpful! We had a problem with our automated Pergola . They spent time tracking down the problem, calling the manufacturer for us and coming up with a solution. We canâ t thank them enough for the friendly, professional help and thoroughness!! They went way beyond what they needed to to help us and we are grateful! We would not hesitate to use Home 2 Renovate again!!

They were wonderful! educational, attentive, professional, they also put on a new roof, demolished and built a cement back porch. replaced worn stucco. I am completely satisfied. They also did it in a timely manner.

Profesional , knowledgeable and quality work

We had regular communication with the Project Manager. We were informed of the work to be done each day. The masking of the surfaces to be protected was very well managed. The crew was efficient and clean up efforts were always thoroughly completed.

I needed my old shake roof replaced and Home2Renovate did an excellent job. They over delivered with a fair price and quality workmanship. All went smoothly. They were on site with me several times a day to inspect their own crew's work and answer any questions I might have. They were on top of (no pun intended) everything going on at my property. I learned a lot about roofing installation! After having done a lot of home improvement projects, I wasn't looking for the cheapest roofer, I was looking for a company that listened to my needs and concerns and offered solutions without being pushy. The crew was punctual, friendly, courteous, and professional and cleaned up everything. I'm thrilled with the result and will definitely use Home2Renovate again and highly recommend them.

Home2Rennovate replaced all the exterior moulding on my house. The site prep was perfect and the finish was high-quality. Someone from the office checked in every day, by phone or in-person, to ensure I was happy with the project as it progressed. I recommend Home2Rennovate.

I hired this company to do some stucco repair and repaint my house. After discussing the work that needed to be done we discussed the cost and various options. All throughout the process they were very above board and didnâ t try to up sell me. The price wasnâ t the cheapest, but the work was first rate so itâ s an example of getting what you pay for. Everyone I worked with was super polite and friendly and the crew assigned to our house did absolutely amazing work! Our house now looks fantastic and we are super happy. I trust this company and will use them again for other projects I have planned.

Excellent and professional company

Everyone I worked with, whether over the phone or in person were very professional and friendly. The sales consultant did a great job explaining their product, answering my questions, and I fully understood what to expect. They installers were very professional and did a great job. They ensured the area was clean and the follow up inspection was thorough.

We have a four story apartment building that needed the gutters to be replaced because they were rusted and leaking. We were turned down by multiple companies because they said it would be too difficult to work on. Ken and Jonathan were very professional, fast, efficient, and pleasant to work with. Their bid was an excellent value and they got the work done that week with no fuss. Highly recommend.

I had gutters and attic insulation installed. They damaged my window in the process. They probably should have bought a generator to be able to do the attic insulation but they used power from the home causing the window damage. Instead of replacing the screen they had someone turn it upside down, like I wouldn't notice. (The house was vacant and recently renovated) The people who you negotiate the job with have great lip service but no accountability. I wouldn't recommend. The gutters look great but can't recommend a company that damages the property and doesn't fix it and did not clean up after themselves. (Which is actually in the contract) I had to have someone help me clean up the mess they made.
