Just after half a year after they completed the job, the paint are peeling off. I have already contacted them , call them a lot of times (30 times for the past 4 mos ), but they did not respond. The problem was not resolved. It was a terrible job, terrible post sale customer service.

received a call from charlie yesterday nov 13,2017 at 1010 am from charlie, stated that they have something might work out with our financing because they were not able to do it for us and set an appointment for today bet 1730-1800..and will call back in a few. i called today to confirm schedule but he immediately said not today and will call me back in a few which he also said yesterday . no calls. i called them back, charlie stepped out, male person i am talking to said to fill him in whats going on and just hanged on me while i was explaining. call them professionals. not exactly the kind of people to deal with. very very unprofessional. And pardon, You called me for an appointment, not me calling you.

I really enjoyed Ocean's Exterior's. I'm not getting anything else done on my house, so I don't need to use them again.

The guy showed up over an hour late for the appointment, never called to inform me he was running late. When he got to my house he didn't have any window samples or brochures with him, acted like he didn't even know why he was there. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Ocean Exteriors first came to my house to show me samples of some of the work they were doing in the area. The next day, they came back and measured up and by the end of the week they finished. The work was great. The employees were helpful. I love Ocean Exteriors! I have recommended this company to my family, co-workers. My mother is scheduled to get some pricing on her roof and paint. Thank you.
