"The pro put in the toilet part incorrectly. The toilet will not flush completely unless you hold the handle down until the water is flushed out, then the toilet will flush. Also, the pro put a dent in my toilet seat. Last but least, the pro's boss came by unexpected. He played trickery by pretending to stop by my home to make sure that I was happy and that he could only visit one time, where the job would be done once correctly, where they would not have to come by and fix the project twice or more. But his real reason for stopping by was to find ways to make more money. The pro's boss asked me if I needed more work done in my house, I said yes, but I only wanted my toilet fixed for that day. The boss then gave me his business card, and asked if I wanted my bathtub fixed. I said not right now. Then the boss said he would fix my bathtub for free. After he completed the bathtub he changed what he initially said, stating that I have to pay for the parts but not for the labor. But I told him that I will not pay for the parts because he initially said that he would do the job for free. He agreed for me not to pay, telling me that he did not create an invoice of payment yet, so I don't have to pay. The boss also agreed to get a new toilet seat for the damage that his employee did to my toilet seat, putting a dent in it. But he did not show up. So I contacted the boss and told him to forget about the replacement of the toilet set, because I no longer wanted any ties with him or his employee (the pro), due to all of what happened. Thank you."
