My well pump froze after 26 years of service and an inquiry to my previous well service company was not answered. I then reviewed a few companies before contacting Ramiro and discussing options for the replacement. I decided to go with an exact replacement Goulds J10S pump that I acquired and have one of Ramiro's team install it. The scheduling and installation went without a hitch. I am pleased and highly recommend Quality Pump Service.

5 Stars! Romero was responsive and quick to respond and schedule a time to come over and take a look at our well. He and his son Ruben replaced the connection that goes into our pump since pressure within the pump had melted and popped/pushed it out. They also adjusted the pipes going down into the ground so that it all connected seamlessly. Although our pump is old, they did everything to salvage the situation and was able to get it running again, they’ll be sending me a quote for a new pump for when the time comes. But I’m thankful they didn’t try to sell us on more then what we needed. Highly recommend giving them a call! Thank you Quality Pump Service!

Quick resolution to an emergent problem due to impending bad weather and continued flooding. Sump pump replaced and connection to drain was done very efficiently.

Wow! After a few "no-show" plumbers, I found a gem amidst the storm - literally! My sewer ejection pump stopped working and Ramiro was my hero! We were able to coordinate over the phone with me describing my situation and sending a few pictures. Ruben showed up this morning and was probably one of the nicest, kindest, more competent people I have had work on my house ever. He was able to restore my pump to working order and replace the parts needed. Ruben was very communicative and precise in his diagnosis and repair. He left after a few hours with my pump back up and running - the pump was cleaned out and the alarm float replaced. I am so relieved and more importantly, happy to know whom to call if one of my 4 pumps is in need of some TLC at any time. You would be lucky if you needed help with your pumps to have Quality Pump Service be able to help you!

Ruben was very prompt, explained everything very well and worked very hard to find us a replacement part rather than require that we purchase a whole new pump. The pump had been working for 40+ years and suddenly it QUITS??? Like a lost a good friend. Made an appointment, they came out, did a 'evaluation' and though it was not good news, I was happy with the speed and confidence concerning what was wrong. A week later, they had all the new stuff and went to work. Amazing how quick they were. So glad.

I'll do our job is not completed yet. But in this stage and so far so good!

I negotiated a turnkey project with Quality Pump Service on May 21 that included buying and installing a tank, pump, electrical, and water lines. After he and I agreed I could procure the expensive equipment myself (at half the cost he quoted), I scheduled Quality Pump in July to start the rest of the project, with electrical as the next step. He missed his appointment to do the work 4 times in Aug and Sep, and all the dates and times were his suggestion. So with Ramiros agreement, I scheduled an independent electrician to do electrical to get the project started, and he had done the rest. Alas, after I had the electrical installed and Ramiro missed 2 more appointments to install the tanks and water l, sent me a new estimate for the labor, which was much more than his original quote. I -resent him the original quote that included a labor breakdown, to which he responded by canceling the project altogether. Very unprofessional and highly unreliable.
