Untrustworthy and unprofessional. Company did not return the deposit as agreed upon and failed to communicate with me after several attempts.

I was contacted by Home Pro through Angi website. We scheduled an appointment and they asked twice if I was the sole owner of this home and twice I let them know that I was the sole owner. The day of the appointment they noted that perhaps I should reschedule the meeting when ?my husband? is around since ?they value both decisions?. In this day and age, don?t assume you have to have a ?husband? to make decisions and there are plenty of well to do single ladies who own their own home that don?t need a ?husband? to make decisions. As a company, when an owner already told you that he or she solely owns the house, there?s no need to continue to make unnecessary comments like that. It just shows that you guys don?t coordinate info on client very well and it concerns me that you?re a GC and can?t communicate basic info much less coordinate between subcontractors. I work for a large GC/self perform construction company and know how this works. I will be doing business elsewhere.

Our roof was in bad shape and we needed to have it replaced. I had gotten estimates and decided to go with Home Pro Remodeling. Emil and Brian were our contact people for the project. Emil was very professional and paid attention to our concerns. He worked with us through the entire project to our complete satisfaction. Brian is extremely courteous and helpful as well! The project went very smoothly, was completed before the initial project end date, and the results were beyond our expectations. The job turned our beautifully! Our new roof looks FANTASTIC! Our neighbors have commented to us how great it looks. We are very pleased with our experience with Home Pro Remodeling and would definitely recommend them.

I have received 9 telemarketing calls from this company in the past 2 days. I don?t live anywhere near Pasadena. The final caller gave me more info on the company so I could finally find them. I have now reported these calls to the FCC and BBB. I can?t recommend any company who would practice this way.

Dealing with this particular company has been a horrible experience. The representative they sent out was always late, always wanted to change the date they wanted to meet, and sometimes never showed up. Never cared about the other person's time. The worst overall experience from start to no end. None of the workmanship matches what you see in pictures and reviews. The rep. did not display any of that.

This was an usual project. It was redoing a mini bar. Hard to find a contractor that would do it or had the time. Homepro was great lead by project manager Shir Hadad. Jumped right in there and took it on and got the job done. Really appreciate their professionalism.

Ariel was great in explaininf the process to me and Omar and Ivan were very beat an kept me informed on what was happening. A love my beautiful bathroom.

I had my garden and bathroom remodel done. Albert and Samuel were professional, friendly, and a delight to work with. They're responsive and reliable. I also like the subcontractors whom they used on my project. They kept me informed of everything and I appreciate their excellent work.

I contacted them after seeing reviews on yelp and here and since they were local I decided to check them out. I came to the office and right away was put off by the screaming and yelling they did in the office building. They don't close the doors, they were walking around without masks pre-covid vaccine, and didn't seem to care about the people around them. My husband asked me to call anyway to see how they were. They didn't even answer the phone during office hours when i knew they were still in the office. I tried 2 days later and the rude woman who answered put me off even more. It took 3 more days for them to call back and I recognized the voice of the man calling as one of the ones wandering the hall without a mask yelling. He was civil but when i said he would need to wear a mask at all times in the house and would need to take his shoes off at the door, he laughed at me! Honestly I should've never called at all after seeing how they were in their own office, no surprise he was rude when asking to care about his potential clients.
