The latest is that our floors are lifting and pieces have cracked and while they told me the work was guaranteed, I cannot get in touch with anyone. I don't even think this is a real company. I donâ t even know where to start other than to warn you to stay away, especially if you wind up with Ben and Jacob as your project managers. I waited several weeks after our work was done to write this review, because when we initially gave them a one star review on our sign off paperwork, they tried to argue with us, and say that we only reviewed them out of emotion, and it was unfair. They blamed us for the amount of time that it took because they said we stopped them for days on endâ ¦ we Covid over literal Christmas, but stopped work on maybe 4 days over the course of 4 months that this project took. We had a shower leak that turned into a home re-pipe, and we asked them to redo the floors in our house as well. Corners were cut, and things went off the rails from the very beginning. The initial quote that they gave us with significantly lower than the work itself and what we paid, and I had to jump in and tell them that they couldnâ t place floating floor over existing floating floor, and in order to make it even it would cost us an extra $2000. But the work was very shoddy & every time I pointed it out, I was told â I think it looks great â or â thatâ s the best they could have doneâ . I felt like they werenâ t taking any of my complaints seriously and acted like I was the hysterical unreasonable woman when I was just asking for the absolute bare minimum - to the point that I had my husband, just take everything over. after that, they still argued, but eventually would cave and tell my husband that they agreed it looked bad, and would redo it .They were supposed to do brand new floorboards in our house, and they decided to not do that but instead do the cheap option of quarter round - which was hideous and they told us it cost the same. We had them change the initial ugly quarter round that they installed, but they still refused to do the baseboards because the floors were cut so horrifically that they needed the extra space to cover their mistakes around all of the edges. I had to project manage my own home because no one was paying any attention to the quality of work or what was being done. They installed the wrong fixtures and had to rip out my shower and redo it. How? The fixtures were physically there. This means they had to go out and buy a separate fixture that didnâ t match anything else in my bathroom and install it. It made no sense. They were as sloppy as they possibly couldâ ve been. The fixture pieces were falling out of the shower and not attached to the walls properly. They left huge globs of grout on my shower that dried into the rock. It was all over my tile floor. It was all over my walls - the opposite side of the bathroom. The level of work is just sickening for the amount of money that I paid. They literally fought with us every step of the way, even the very last day of work, we woke up to aggressive, text messages telling us that we did not understand the capabilities of fixing a floorboard when the worker the previous day had told us it was an easy fix. The project managers wound up, doubling back on what they said, and having the floorboard fixed, but having to fight every step along the way, was fully exhausting. Finally, they said that because they wound up sending people out to fix the complaints they had, that means that they went above and beyond. I fully disagree because to me that is the bare minimum of what you should do. Fix the mistakes that you make for a job that youâ re paid. I have included photos of the things that we had to fight to be fixed. This company is a nightmare and please for your own sanity stay away from them. They are absolutely awful.
