We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them.

We hired McCormick for a bathroom remodel, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Khaled helped us make smart choices on design and materials that worked for both our budget and style. Now, our bathroom feels like a spa every time we step in. I appreciate the quality and attention to detail. These folks definitely know what they?re doing!

We decided to remodel our outdated bathroom, and McCormick Home Builders was a fantastic choice. Khaled and the team delivered high-quality work within the timeline and our budget. Every detail, from the tile work to the lighting, was beautifully done. They communicated well throughout, keeping us informed at every step, and the end result was truly a spa-like bathroom we can enjoy daily. We’d love to work with them again!

We could not be happier with our new bathroom, thanks to McCormick! Khaled was knowledgeable and really took the time to understand our style preferences. The whole team was great about keeping the workspace tidy, which we appreciated. Now, we have a bathroom that feels luxurious and welcoming. Highly satisfied with their work!

The first and only project I had this company handle was to take a wall down and install a beam as we thought it was a load-bearing wall. During this time the contractor I was assigned to was Joseph. The contract was for a load bearing beam to be installed for 7,500 dollars, which included demo and haul-away, drywalling, and moving/removal of electrical switches and outlets and painting (they didn't paint at all). What didn't happen with this project was the installation of a load-bearing beam because the wall turned out to be non load-bearing. With this in mind I thought since no beam is needed the price of the project would go down as there is no need for the cutting of the trusses or beam to install. Instead I was met with a no it is the same price 7,500 dollars. After a bit of arguing with Joseph of what the original contract was for, he took 1,500 dollars off the original price. Changing it to 6,000 dollars which is still way to much for this type of project. A quick google search brought up the average price for the year 2024 for removal of a non load-bearing wall at its highest is 3,500 dollars which included demo, haul-away, hanging drywall, painting, and moving utilities. So pretty sure I got ripped off with my project with McCormick Home Builders. During the time of the them taking the wall down I talked to Joseph about what to do with my backyard, big mistake by me as at this point Joseph was extremely pressuring me into making another deal for him to do the work and wouldn't stop hounding me that it would be a mistake if I don't go with someone else for the job. And every time I said I needed time to think about it and talk it over with my wife, he responded with the price would go up if I I didn't make a deal now. He also said I shouldn't talk to my wife and to surprise her with a 27,000 dollar backyard project that would only cover a 1/4 of the backyard, I don't have a huge backyard mind you. Do not go with this company, they will rip you off and if you do be careful of the terminology they use as Joseph claims it was 7500 dollars regardless of if a beam needed to be installed or not, though my contract says otherwise.

The latest is that our floors are lifting and pieces have cracked and while they told me the work was guaranteed, I cannot get in touch with anyone. I don't even think this is a real company. I donâ t even know where to start other than to warn you to stay away, especially if you wind up with Ben and Jacob as your project managers. I waited several weeks after our work was done to write this review, because when we initially gave them a one star review on our sign off paperwork, they tried to argue with us, and say that we only reviewed them out of emotion, and it was unfair. They blamed us for the amount of time that it took because they said we stopped them for days on endâ ¦ we Covid over literal Christmas, but stopped work on maybe 4 days over the course of 4 months that this project took. We had a shower leak that turned into a home re-pipe, and we asked them to redo the floors in our house as well. Corners were cut, and things went off the rails from the very beginning. The initial quote that they gave us with significantly lower than the work itself and what we paid, and I had to jump in and tell them that they couldnâ t place floating floor over existing floating floor, and in order to make it even it would cost us an extra $2000. But the work was very shoddy & every time I pointed it out, I was told â I think it looks great â or â thatâ s the best they could have doneâ . I felt like they werenâ t taking any of my complaints seriously and acted like I was the hysterical unreasonable woman when I was just asking for the absolute bare minimum - to the point that I had my husband, just take everything over. after that, they still argued, but eventually would cave and tell my husband that they agreed it looked bad, and would redo it .They were supposed to do brand new floorboards in our house, and they decided to not do that but instead do the cheap option of quarter round - which was hideous and they told us it cost the same. We had them change the initial ugly quarter round that they installed, but they still refused to do the baseboards because the floors were cut so horrifically that they needed the extra space to cover their mistakes around all of the edges. I had to project manage my own home because no one was paying any attention to the quality of work or what was being done. They installed the wrong fixtures and had to rip out my shower and redo it. How? The fixtures were physically there. This means they had to go out and buy a separate fixture that didnâ t match anything else in my bathroom and install it. It made no sense. They were as sloppy as they possibly couldâ ve been. The fixture pieces were falling out of the shower and not attached to the walls properly. They left huge globs of grout on my shower that dried into the rock. It was all over my tile floor. It was all over my walls - the opposite side of the bathroom. The level of work is just sickening for the amount of money that I paid. They literally fought with us every step of the way, even the very last day of work, we woke up to aggressive, text messages telling us that we did not understand the capabilities of fixing a floorboard when the worker the previous day had told us it was an easy fix. The project managers wound up, doubling back on what they said, and having the floorboard fixed, but having to fight every step along the way, was fully exhausting. Finally, they said that because they wound up sending people out to fix the complaints they had, that means that they went above and beyond. I fully disagree because to me that is the bare minimum of what you should do. Fix the mistakes that you make for a job that youâ re paid. I have included photos of the things that we had to fight to be fixed. This company is a nightmare and please for your own sanity stay away from them. They are absolutely awful.

Worst experience ever. Never showed up on time. Scheduled to be there at 9 am showed up at 4:30 if at all. One week job took 6 weeks. Crew keep being sent to other jobs. Workers don't speak English. Poor management by salesperson Jacob Revach and Project Manager Leoni Solemany
