"I wish I could give zero stars as we have not had a positive experience and we still do not have windows. We were promised in May 2023 that we would have windows quickly and we still do not have a completed service. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they do not send updates when there are delays, and they do not show up for appointments. We have also asked for our tenants not to be disturbed and they have show up without warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Still trying to get an update after phones and an email to the GM/customer service."

"I needed to have some installed backsplash tile cut to fit a new microwave. Randy did an excellent job with the entire job. I am really pleased with how great it looks. Randy was on time, pleasant, double-checked everything, and cleaned up the mess from cutting the tile. While double-checking to make sure the unit worked correctly, he discovered the fans were installed to vent into the room. He took the time to reverse the fans, so they vented through the vent pipe. I highly recommend them for handyman-type jobs."
