They did a great job for us. The guys who did it were great. It ended up being a much more complex job than what the deal covered. So I did pay much more to get the floors looking brand new. They were prompt and courteous and worth the extra dollars.

He did not do anything. He charged me $99 for 5 minutes of work. I would not use them again.

They responded to me right away after I purchased the big deal. I put them off, then they called me to set up an appointment. As the appointment approacted, they had to cancel. I haven't heard from them since, and I still need the work done.

I purchased the service for my mother in California, she had nothing but good things to say about the company. they did an excellent job she even purchase an air filter from them because the person who did the service advised her all she had to do was wash the air filter when it's dirty, rather than keep purchasing new ones. it cost more initially but would save her money in the long run.

A date was set but the vendor failed to keep the appt. They did not even call to apologize or to confirm the appt. I had to call to reschedule myself. After several phone tags, we were able to schedule another date to service this big deal. I had printed out the paperwork including the "fine print" in order to hand it to the vendor when they arrived. They came and when I showed them the voucher, they said that they could not clean the areas I requested since all the tile was not in one area (there want nothing in the font print out that I had in my hand). Since they would not clean all the bathroom and kitchen tile, I declined their services and am asking for a full refund. This is a bait and switch proposition, as well as a company who doesn't even care about keeping their scheduled appointments or even apologizing about not keeping in touch after a failed appointment. I will not use this company ever or recommend them to anyone. I feel that they have poor business values and they don't care about acquiring or keeping their customers.

The technician was on time and did the job quickly and efficiently.

The final job was done, although I have had better service from other providers. The real issue was scheduling. The company rarely answered their phones. When they final scheduled my appointment they were a no show, twice.

The service was so so. They work that they did is not worth the money. I paid an additional amount for the steps. They left all the edges of the steps black, because they said their machine could not clean it. Other carpet cleaners vacuum first and look for spots, he didn't do that, he just cleaned.

The whole activity took about 15 minutes. I assume he did a good job, although we haven't used the chimney since. The workman was clean and polite,

I asked they do additional work. They took pictures and understood what I wanted. Never received a call back from them. I'm disappointed in them.

He showed up and quickly got to work. My dryer vent hadn't been cleaned ever. Fortunately there wasn't much build up. The service call was completed quickly and the cleanup was thorough.

Alex gave a call alerting me that he'd arrive in the next 30 minutes. When he arrived he presented his business card. He quickly got to work and did a very thorough job. He explained what services he performed and what to look for in the future. Before leaving, he asked me if I had any questions or concerns. The service went very well and we are very pleased with the completed job as well as Alex's professional and friendly manner. which

Went well. Dryer is much more efficient and drying time is probably 50% less than before.

They never contacted me even though I had already paid for the service.
