The three brothers were extremely dedicated with their work. They kept me informed on their work plan and progress daily through out the entire remodeling project. The experience is amazing. Although the manufacturer's installation instructions specify glue-down method (which was the original method we selected, and paid for in the end), Frederick pushed for floating floor installation. The website is very clear on glue-down only for these dimensions, but Frederick has not responded to any communication since December 20. Price of materials+delivery: $3,268.37+$300 Price of installation: $2842.45 Total paid to GC: $6410.82"
