Zacarias Remodeling Construction is AMAZING! Oscar and his crew recently did a complete kitchen/ family room renovation for us and it was such a wonderful experience. Oscar and his team are incredibly professional and "can do". We were living at our vacation house during the renovation and trusted them to make decisions and keep us in the loop with calls, texts, and photos. They were always so responsive and did beautiful work. We had several unexpected structural issues arise that were due to previous work that another contractor had done at our house, and they found creative and cost effective ways to correct the problems. They are also just such lovely people--so kind and accommodating, always trying to make the client happy. And they kept the job site very clean and tidy. We trusted them completely to keep our home safe while we were living remotely. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any sized job. Their workmanship is phenomenal and our kitchen/family room turned out gorgeous!

I was thrilled with the work Oscar and his crew has done that I am giving them five stars. All of his crewmembers are skilled and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves each day they answered all my questions and their workmanship was absolute quality. I want to complete remodel, and Oscar gave me the kitchen of my dreams, I even extended it to my guest bathroom. It is the most beautiful bathroom you’ve ever seen. Oscar and his talented crew did an amazing job restoring my home after a sewer backup destroyed my bathroom and hallway and bedroom .I now have a gorgeous new tile and quartz bathroom, new paint and carpet. Oscar and his team came highly recommended from a friend whom he previously did work for. he was always quick to respond to my questions leading up to the job, and gave me a quote which he stood by. i hired Oscar's team to replace a 17 year old water heater. His team was professional, efficient, and arrived to do the job done on time and finished earlier than expected. also, he offered a very fair price for the replacement that was much less than any one of the other businesses i received a quote from. i wouldn't hesitate to use him and his team in the future for jobs like this or remodeling. it's great to support small businesses like his. Oscar and his crew are fantastic! He is an excellent communicator and responds questions and requests timely. (If you have done any project with contractors you know what I am talking about-they “choose” when and what to respond and it can be very frustrating). His crews are professional and experienced. We used hand made tiles in our shower area which required special installation and they did a beautiful job. We really liked how our bathroom turns out and decide to use Oscar and his crew to do more remodel work around our house.

One of the most important aspects of putting your home in the hands of a contractor for me personally is TRUST. Oscar is the 3rd contractor we met, and our designer was right. Zacarias Remodeling was our perfect match. Oscar understood our concept, his estimates were fair, and the quality of his work always exceeded our expectations. He stands behind his work and his crews are always polite and keep the work areas clean. Too bad I'm restricted to 5 stars. He deserves 10.

This company was a pleasure to work with and highly responsive. They came on time and finished at 4:30 every day as we requested. The work area, garage and driveway were cleared and cleaned every day which made this remodel so much easier. The quality of workmanship was excellent.

We hired Oscar and his team to tear down and rebuild our bedroom closet and they did a beautiful job! The worker who came was friendly and hard-working and showed up on time every day. He always kept the room very clean. Now, we have hired Oscar and his team again for a second project to redo the siding on our house, as well as some deck work among other things. So far, everything has been great. The workers are so on-task every day, neat, and very careful with everything that they do. The work is lovely and the construction is very high-quality. Soon, hopefully we will be doing a third project with Oscar. He is a very polite and knowledgeable owner, and very easy to reach and communicate with. We are very pleased so far.
