Great team, great work, great final product. Shower tile was improperly laid by previous owner, FSP team came in and fixed it all. The final product looks great and no more worries about buckling tiles!

Fred and his team were very professional, well organized and detail-oriented. I had very specific designs in mind for the project and they executed exactly to the specs — for any slight variances that were needed, they were very communicative and we confirmed everything before implementing it. I would definitely work with FSP again.

After a bathroom remodel we were very happy with, we asked Fred to redo our fireplace, which included demolishing the old brick, building out a new fireplace enclosure, cutting and installing a stone hearth as well as a new mantel. Everything turned out very nicely, and as with the bathroom remodel, Fred was very helpful with suggestions guiding us through the process. His work is precise, he's very professional, and his cleanup is thorough.

I needed to do a full remodel of 3 apartments that I manage. I was flooded with calls from different contractors that wanted to come out and quote the job. From the first phone call I knew my experience with FSP contractors would be different from the others who wanted to quote me out. Fred is the owner and most of other contractors would have someone from the sales office call me to setup an appointment, it was refreshing to hear from Fred from the start. Fred quoted me out my remodeling job with precise and detailed pricing, that included breakdowns for each scope of job. Then he and I had a phone call to go over each item and made sure everything made sense. Fred’s team of workers including himself were all great. His team was on time each day and cleaned up at the end of each day. They always listened to my concerns and always explained any changes or issues that came up to make sure I knew what was going on. Fred was often working on the job site along with his team. Very refreshing these days. Fred and his team finished my remodel close to our expected end date. I was so happy with the work of the first 3 units, I asked FSP to do another unit when a tenant moved out. That job was completed even faster as all the kinks were worked out from the first 3. I would recommend FSP to anyone that needs a kitchen or bathroom remodel. Fred and his team are great.

Fred Scafani did a great job. His finished work is of the highest quality, and he sees to all the details that might not be evident at first, but end up making a real difference in the end product. His communication skills are excellent - he establishes clear expectations, is helpful with suggestions while at the same time responsive to ours needs, and always kept us updated with weekly and daily work schedules. He is professional, both in his manner and with his proposal, invoices and change orders. He also is willing to go out of his way to meet his client's needs and make sure the job is done to the highest standards. Review from perspective of first time home owner/buyer who had a long list of projects and home improvements that required a general contractor. I recently purchased a two bedroom home in Mill Valley and after moving in quickly realized that there were a littany of projects that needed to be completed in order to make my new home more comfortable and presentable. I received 3 referrals for different general contractors from friends/family and went on the meet and receive estimates from them. I decided to go with Fred and FSP general contractors for my initial set of priority projects based on my favorable impression of Fred, his fair and straightforward estimates, and clear communication of timelines to both start and complete the initial projects. I decided to continue to work with Fred/FSP for my 2nd/3rd traunch of projects based the high quality of work performed during my first set of projects, adherence to estimates and timelines, and ease of communication during the process. In particular, I appreciated Fred's flexibility with my evolving priorities and his availability to meet/speak/text about questions and/or recomendation pertaining to ongoing work. The work that Fred/FSP did and continues to do for me was diverse but probably representative of the type of work many people are interested in: 1. Remodling of bathroom including istallation of new fixtures and replacement of original tile. 2. A tricky and unusual rebuild of a fireplace and mantle. 3. A custom designed/made concealed wiring scheme for tv mounted over the new fireplace mantle. 4. Replacemant and installation of lighting throughout house. 5. A full review, recomendation (s), and upgrades for electrical integrity of the entrie house. 6. A long list of random tings I thought of along the way! I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with Fred/FSP and will continue to work with them for all home improvement projects moving forward. I highly recommend this company based on the honesty/integrity of Fred and his crew, the adherence to reasonable estimates and timelines, and the high quality of all work performed.

The results are beautiful. FSP was engaged and communicative the whole time -- I knew exactly what to expect and what was next. When something wasn't quite right the first time, they fixed it.

These are good guys. Very responsive and professional. We are very happy with rhe work which was completed in a professional, workman like and timely manner. We had a hard time finding a tiler that could handle installing glass tiles and making the diagonal cuts needed. We were so lucky we found Fred. We'll definitely use them for other projects. Highly recommended.

Fred and his team at FSP are fantastic. Their work was excellent, they clearly communicated progress and any issues discovered, work was completed on-time and on-budget, and we are planning using them again in our new house.

It was quick and easy to schedule this repair and paint job. The contractors kept everything clean, and the broken plaster looked good as new when they were d done.

Fred and Brandon arrived exactly as contracted. It was apparent they knew what they needed to do and accomplished the tasks with a minimum of dust, Absolutely cleaned up after themselves and removed all broken tile pieces. I love my home, esp kitchen again. $150 for both workers for approx 6 hours was very reasonable. They repaired about 4 tile areas in the home

The remodel went very well. The workmen came on schedule and cleaned up well after each day's work. They took the room out to the studs, and re-designed the shower, that is tucked under a staircase, did beautiful tile work, and custom millwork to build two storage drawers in a soffet. I am very happy with the work they did.

Fred is a consummate professional. He was patient and considerate with our several changes in design. He was on site with his team, on time scheduling and available by phone and emails. He and his team were open to and communicated clearly any changes we requested. He accommodated to our final design and aesthetics with suggestions and details to compliment our ideas and then professionally constructed our “zen” shower remodel for an elderly couple. I would use FSP Contractors for all my future remodels and home modifications. We are very satisfied with our new remodeled bathroom!

FSP General Contractors did an excellent job! They were efficient, fairly priced and the work was well done. I will be using them in the future for projects or smaller jobs.

It went well. Got it done in less than two days, hauled debris away and cleaned up for cabinet installers.

Great to find someone who does small jobs. I was replacing a countertop sink and broke surrounding tiles. I found some matching tiles and Fred did an excellent job setting them. Very pleased.

We had a serious leak in our shower which was put in 2-3 years ago by another contractor. Fred had to remove the entire shower floor and first row of tiles, re build the shower pan and retile it. He and his team were thorough and walked me through each step and why he was doing it. They met each deadline they set up. They were really great team to work with.

Fred and his team are amazing at what they do! We had a mysterious leak happen in our upstairs bathroom and we were looking to get it repaired ASAP. Fred came through and diagnosed the problem and came up with a game plan. The work was done quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. They were thorough and very careful to keep things as clean as possible. The communication was amazing throughout the whole process and the finished shower looks amazing! I am looking forward to working with this company again on future home projects.

Our small bath remodel was on the back burner for a long time. FSP General Contractors came highly recommended by a friend. Wasn’t disappointed.! Very professional and a delight to work with. Came in right on budget and just love my new bathroom.

Tony helped us remodel two bathrooms - a master standing shower and a second bath with tub/shower combo, the floors in both baths, backsplash in the master, and master pony wall - and did a wonderful job! He was enthusiastic, communicative, responsive, worked hard, and was accommodating of our schedules. He made sure of what we wanted and our new bathrooms look beautiful! On top of that, he navigated this during the pandemic and was responsible and responsive to safety. We would hire again and recommend his work highly.

Recently, needing a new shower installed in place of a bathtub, I looked for a local to do the job. Angie’s list generated Celebrity Tile, with Anthony Spavone as owner and licensed contractor. From the very first contact—which was prompt, I found Tony to be clear, knowledgeable, prompt and timely, staying to the schedule we agreed, knowing how to do all parts of the job or getting help as needed. He was fast and neat, reliable, able to step in and cope if I was not sure of some detail. When at the end we needed one more thing done, he sent a worker, without charge, to get the job done and—when asked, that worker managed one other trouble spot in the household plumbing as well. Celebrity Tile and Mr. Spavone: Highly recommended!

Tony knows how to tile and I ultimately got the job I was looking for (minus some design details) at a very reasonable price point. I would be careful in hiring Tony. I was just cleaning my garden and found some tiles thrown up into my garden carelessly which kind of sums up my experience with Tony...in a word, disrespectful. There was also some lying about his plumber (guess he didn't realize the camera over his head at my entrance where he worked had sound), and no I wasn't monitoring him but when I suspected him of lying I listened to the audio. He also totally disregarded some clear direction about a design detail that was important to me while I was at work...too late now! So if you hire him, know that he knows his stuff, he's a very nice guy with some ******** thrown in and be very specific and monitor his work very closely if details are important to you. You'll get a good job at a very good price.

Everything went extremely well, considering that we discovered extensive dry rot under the existing floors. So, Tony had to demolish and replace the subfloors in both rooms. The additional cost was based on a reasonable hourly rate and the cost of the materials (no markup). I was also able to get his contractors' price when buying the tile. In addition, the quality of the work was excellent. We choose an imported porcelain tile with sharp edges and narrow spaces, and Tony used epoxy grout, which is much finer and stronger (and stain resistant) than the common granular grouts. (This technique is more common in commercial situations, and not recommended unless the installer knows what they're doing.) The work was also completed on schedule, and without any delays. Tony was very customer oriented and made sure that we were satisfied with every aspect of the project.
