I never spoke to or saw Wayne again.The morning the project started, three strange men came to my door and said they were the painting company. On the last day, the ‘lead ‘ painter walked around the house with me to inspect it. I pointed out that the stucco work was very bad. He simply shrugged and smiled. They got white paint on my pavers, which I pointed out. I gave him the final payment. I sent Wayne a text explaining my concerns along with pictures. This text actually went to someone else who said he would send it on to Wayne. I would have expected Wayne to show up on the first day to introduce me to his team, to check once or twice on the project to make certain I was happy with it. And then to meet with me on the last day, inspect the project and I would give him his final payment."
