I placed an ad on Angi’s for siding repair or replacement on my home. I picked seven contractors that replied to my ad to interview on 12/4/24. I could only take one day off from work, and all contractors showed up at their assigned times. A couple gave me quotes, a few said they would email me quotes, and only Craftsman Home Builders asked me to sign a contract and give a deposit that day to get a lower price. I told the salesman, Robert Miller, that I had more contractors to talk to and was undecided. He verbally and in writing on the contract that I had a 7 day rescind period. That evening I had picked the business I was going to use, and proceeded to email each of the companies to let them know. On 12/5 Jordan, the general manager of Craftsman, texted and asked to discuss my decision. I immediately texted that I appreciated Mr. Miller had come out the previous day, but I had choose a different company and would like my check mailed back. I followed that up on 12/5 with an email AND put the signed rescind letter into the US mail stating that I needed my $1000 check back as promised. Overall I have emailed the company twice, including the owner Jordan, on 12/5 and 12/10, sent texts three times on 12/5, 12/9 and 12/10. On 12/16 I received my envelope that I had mailed the rescind letter back stamped by the post office that the address was incorrect. I verified how I addressed it with the companies address on Mr. Miller’s business card, the internet web site, and the contract. All match. I included all of this information and a copy of the returned envelope in a text on 12/17/24 at 7:37am

Estimator wanted to present the quote in person, that was fine except none of the estimate was prepared in advance. He sat at our kitchen table working on it while our kids were eating dinner. Very strange. The quote was also three times higher than others received.

I recently completed a full house renovation on a family property that I now reside in. This project was very involved. I hired a member of the Craftsman Home Builder team to manage the project. They were incredibly professional, exceptional at communication, transparent from the beginning, knowledgeable due to years of experience in general contracting and I always felt like my job was prioritized and never rushed. The house received new roofing and some of the doors and windows required new framing before installation. Every aspect of the renovation performed by Craftsman has endured and I’ve experienced zero issues. The quality of the work is evident in the functionality, details and the time invested in ensuring my goals were met, even down to meeting the exact color. Some other services provided by other contractors have not held up as well and having been through the daunting process of home renovation, I will chose quality first as I’m a firm believer that it saves money and headaches over the long run.

These guys remodeled my house into the home of my dreams they were on time said what they did and did what they said they were professionals. They had great ideas they added to my vision were definitely the dream team to work with.
