Ergeon

Ergeon was great from start to finish. Their quote process involved using my smartphone and a link they sent, which was fun and easy to use. The company was also great with flexing to get my fence done faster than originally scheduled (from 3 weeks to within two).

I reached out to the company about a new fence. Nicole was amazing and took the time to explain everything to me. She was able to breakdown everything so I know exactly what I am being charged for and how it works. Amazing customer service!

Ergeon was extremely helpful as we replaced our old deteriorating wooden fence with Vinyl. A couple of reasons I would recommend Ergeon; +Price: We received quite a few quotes for a fence project and Ergeon not only had the best price, but they included the fence removal in the quote and still were the best price! +Service: Everyone that I interacted with was very helpful in answering my MANY questions. Monserrat (sales rep) was a superstar and helped provide multiple quotes with different vinyl colors, with and without reinforced posts, etc to help find something that worked for myself and my neighbors. Miguel (fence contractor) and his team were ROCKSTARS! They not only completed the entire project ahead of schedule, but he went above and beyond to drive to San Bernardino to pick up some additional pieces that were missing in the original order. Miguel also was helpful in answering all questions that my neighbors had putting them all at ease. Paula was also very helpful and communicative and keeping me up to date with inspections, expected deliveries and initiating the installation! She was very understanding and helpful at the end of the project when there was a slight miscommunication; she helped us out and smoothed everything out for us! +Communication: Similar to my message above, everyone was very transparent throughout the project, kept us in the loop and were very accommodating to all the requests my neighbors and I had. +Final Product: The fence and gate came out great! We are very pleased with the end product!

I reached out to Ergeon about my fence that was leaning. Normally I expect services to tell me they are booked for weeks until a tech could come out and give an estimate. Not the case here, I was contacted by Silvio pretty quickly and he was able to do a Google meets video call to take a look. With that he was able to give me a very detailed estimate and what all would be involved with the job. I really liked what service I have received so far. I haven’t hired them to complete the job yet due to negotiation with my neighbor, but I would recommend their process. If they are hired and complete the job I will update the review.

Looking to re do my fencing and kelly with ergeon has been really helpful.. I have not done the project yet but im looking forward to it. So far my experience with ergeon has been great, the video call was quick and easy, the quotation email was very prompt, and very detail, all the HOA requirements (measurement,drawings,materials) is included and ready to be submittes to HOA...kelly has also been great at communicating and she responds quick if you have any questions or concern. So far my experience with ergeon is awesome and i cant wait to move forward with the project. Will write another review after the project is done

ot sure if I’ll be going through Ergeon to get my fence replaced but for sure their customer service is top notch! We scheduled a virtual meeting to give them an idea of the fence that needs work. I had to keep pushing the meeting a few minutes at a time because of work related meetings and I work from home. They were ver flexible and adjusted to me and the next morning I received my quote from them. They are very communicative and flexible and if they put this much care into the pre planning they’ll do the same for your fence work!!
