We were promised in May 2023 that we would have windows quickly and we still do not have a completed service. It is impossible to get in touch with anyone, they do not send updates when there are delays, and they do not show up for appointments. We have also asked for our tenants not to be disturbed and they have show up without warning. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Still trying to get an update after phones and an email to the GM/customer service."
