"I contacted Roland from ASAP when I had a leaky faucet. He came out and quickly assessed the leak and was in the process of repair when I told him that I was considering remodeling the unit. He notified me that he knew some people that could perform flooring, countertops, paint, cabinet refinishing, stone fireplace surround, ceiling fans, canned lighting and really everything that I needed. He served the project as my de facto general contractor. I am extremely pleased with his work, professionalism and timeliness. He let me procure the materials and performed the work in about three weeks, which exceeded all of my expectations. I work in the construction business in another state and working with Roland was one of the best experiences I have had, personally or professionally. I can't recommend him enough."

"Performed a chimney repair job – tuckpoint/mortar replacement. They only worked an hour the work was an inconsistent, sloppy and porous patch work job. The mix was clearly off as mortar shouldn’t dust off like dried drywall mud when you rub your fingers on top of it. You can do a basic google search on how this job should have been completed properly. In fact, the photo on their estimate of how they supposedly do mortar repairs is completely opposite of the job performed. Not once did they state that they would send someone to check out the work or attempt any type of resolution. Shotty work."

"Buyer beware!!! I have never had such a nightmare with this company. Save your money and your sanity. They installed a patio cover for me. It leaked immediately. This was two years ago. For the past two years, they have been out at least 7 or 8 times claiming to "fix" the leaks. The leaks were not normal patio leaks by the way. The leaking has cause 3 of the 4 lights installed in the patio to fail. Every time they come, it's never fixed. The leaks keep getting worse. They never follow up with me, I always have to call them. They do not manage their sub contractors at all. This latest round started just before Christmas 2021, it's now been three months, four visits later. They took flashing off, said they were going to let it dry out and put it back. I didn't hear from them for two weeks, I noticed rain on the weather , I called Trig who had to send them back out to put the flashing back on. They sent some guy to do some more drastic sealing or something on my roof, they claimed it was done.....see attached photos of how they left my roof claiming it was done. Also, never followed back up with me on a light they need to replace which is still burned out and filled with water from rains. Save yourself the headache please!!! This still isn't resolved. I have filed a BBB compliant to try and help me resolve."
