"The technician disassembled my Honeywell air purifier system and left the door off and filters out in the attic without telling me. The technician stated there were no issues with the attic ducting, and even wrote on the work order "Duct work in good shape". I found 7 breaches in the duct system and repaired them when I checked for myself. The technician charged to change out the system filter, which I had purchased independently. The technician took it upon himself to wash and service the outside condenser, when his work order clearly says "Duct Bid". The technician was cursing under his breath in front of my girlfriend and her son after I told him over the phone he needed to return and recheck the attic duct system. He said he didnt know what he was supposed to be checking in the first place."

His advice on equipment to be installed was spot on as I can't believe how well the heater is working and using alot less energy than my old system. All I can say if anyone is replacing the gas heater go with 96% efficient 2 stage unit as I have been watching both gas and electrical usage and this system is using less than half of what my old system used. Saved me $28 first month of gas and used pennies of SMUD electric. Also he upgraded my ducting to R8 which added to the overall performance and designed it so well I really can feel the air coming from vents now. It would take 1 hour to heat the 1800 sq ft home with 40K BTU 37 year old system got only 4-5 degrees in 1 hour, now its 5-6 degrees in 15-20 minutes. The AC system also was tested and can't believe how cold the air comes out over the old system and how fast it cooled the house compared to old system, so I'm a very happy camper and ready for summer next year."

When Bell Brothers came out again, I was told it would cost over $3,000 to fix the issue. For a unit that’s practically brand new, this is outrageous! To make matters worse, the technician suggested I hire another company to do the repairs. Bell Brothers has taken zero responsibility for the faulty product they installed, and now I have oil leaking on my roof, which the technician didn’t even offer to clean up. Despite how new the unit is, Bell Brothers hasn’t offered any discount on the repairs. I should not have to pay over $3,000 for a system that was installed less than three years ago. I’m urging anyone considering Bell Brothers for their AC/heating or HVAC needs to look elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and do not stand by their work.
