Turns out Bonnie did not seal hole drilled for wire pipe with fireproof clocking. Inspector was able to complete online since did not have paperwork. He asked if I wanted Bonnie to refile or just reach out to them to swing by and fix their sloppy work. Bonnie agreed to come out and sets appointment for next Wed. Then I get a message from Bonnie stating that the inspection is showing completed online so they WILL NOT be coming out to repair and basically good luck!! This is some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time! Not to mention the $1200 rebate I was pitched to have them upgrad my fuse box, just to find out that was false! I am speaking to Roseville Building Inspector Division tomorrow to reverse approval which was contingent on the repair

He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. They both were also very friendly and personable and wore masks and all other necessary protective equipment. I highly recommend them for electrical work!

The service was good, they were able to fix the problem and make my air conditioning run during the summer.

We needed a pipe unclogged. They came out yesterday, worked for 15 minutes, charged us $160 and didn't unclog the pipe. That's $640 per hour for zero results. It's unconscionable. Take heed people, do not call Bonney if you need a plumber. We had to call another company out today. It took them a few hours but they unclogged the drain for the SAME PRICE as Bonney charged for no results. Call anyone but Bonney if you need a plumber. They owe us $160 as far as I'm concerned.

horrible They come over, and charge you $49 just to give a sales pitch. On either spend over $250 to just call the hot water heater, or over $4600 for a new hot water heater. But if you sign up for their special program, they will knock the price down to over $4200! I actually called around, and found another company that was reasonable. In fact, when I told others about the price, they laughed, and said "SENIOR ABUSE - FIND SOMEONE ELSE!" ****, I lost $49 just to hear a carnival style sales pitch. I honestly don't know about Bonney's work, but I do believe that I discovered how they can afford to advertise so ubiquitously!

The work was done in I guess good timing and I am happy with outcome. I did not have them work another plumbing issue I had as the price was so high. I had another company do the additional job for half the price and the employee was much friendlier.

They used the part I had at the house to fix it. I bought it about a year ago, and had never put it in. I called them, and they came out to put the part in. It is working ok now. I have been using this company for 15 years now.

Technician evaluated the situation and was able to repair it within about an hour.

It was just a minor thing. It took them a little while. I would use them again.

They come out and do the service okay. They are too pushy to try and sell you on a new heating system. You can make an appointment for a new system and they don't come out. They're known to be high. I think they are high. When they come out, they will call you ahead of time.

They had a good program for heating and A/C like for $100 they come out and check in the fall to make sure the heating is running right and again in the spring to make sure the A/C is working right. They did their job. It was cheaper than anyone else and I got 2 services. The only thing they could do better is give me free heating and air conditioning.

We have a very small pipes. the bath to the street. It clogs there quite a bit.

They were so expensive that I signed someone else to do it. They charged me the fee to tell me what was wrong, but they didn't do any work for me. They were knowledgeable but they were just so darn expensive. I felt like I was getting hustled a little bit. They were good with scheduling. They guy who came out was professional I just felt like he was upselling me.

Of the five businesses I contacted for estimates, I thought the Bonney installer gave me the most honest up-front estimate (although it was also the highest estimate). Some of the businesses would only give me over-the-phone low-ball estimates that were obviously just for the water heater itself, neglecting to mention the extra components that would be needed such as valves, strappings, expansion tank, and an electrical disconnect box, all required for the City permit. And only a couple of businesses, even one who came to the house, bothered to mention the required City permit. The Bonney installer showed up on time with all the required equipment. He removed the old tank and components, prepped the area for the new components, and completed the installation in about five hours. He also cleaned the area thoroughly when he was finished. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the results. It passed the City inspection. And I also think I got a better quality water heater brand which isn't available online or at discount big-box stores.

It went well. He came and unclogged the sink and it didn't take very long. My only complaint about their service was that they charged 3 times what other plumbers had charged me for this same service and I didn't find out it was going to be so high until he was there. I needed my sink unclogged badly so I paid it.

A few years ago I used Bonney PH&AC, the work completed was reasonably good, however the upsell from the service technician in my house was over the top. However, I decided to use them again since the work completed was solid. I call them to repair a tank on a toilet, before the appointment was even scheduled, I was being upsold service programs on the phone. The appointment was eventually scheduled, and I was surprised that they needed a 4 hour window, most providers are down to two hour windows, that is a lot of time for a home owner to set aside from work and their daily schedule. I waited 2 1/2 hours, keeping busy around the house when I noticed that i had just missed two calls that were 10 minutes part, both from Bonney. The first telling me if I didn't immeidately confirm the appointment, it would be cancelled and the second message ... 10 minutes later ... cancelling the appointment. At no time was I told that i would be required to reconfirm during the 4 hour window and that I would only have 10 minutes to call back or be cancelled. I called back and was offered a 2 hours extension to my existing service window, bringing it to a total of six hours, and I would once again have only 10 minutes to reconfirm that appointment. Why did I need to reconfirm ... I was on the phone with them DURING the service window and they wanted to call back at some point later in the six hours to reconfirm again, with a 10 minute deadline? Huh??? I cancelled the appointment, they effectively flushed my customer loyal down the drain. Bonney PH&AC, your service windows of 4 to 6 hours is too long, people have jobs and obligations. Combining that will a 10 minute confirmation call, which is not disclosed to your customer at the time the appointment is made is poor customer service. Granted, had I been told of the 10 minute confirmation window/call, I would not have made the appointment in the first place. Throttle back on the upsell, wait until you show up and do good work before you start pushing service programs at customers ... earn the right to have us as your customer. When I used Bonney the first time, it was pre-Angie's List ... now seeing all the negative reviews and low overall rating, I wish I had checked prior to booking you in 2016.

I would probably check around a little more because they were expensive. It just seemed it was a pretty quick job.

AVOID THESE GUYS. THEY are not to be trusted. I am planning to install an AC now and asked another company to look at the furnace as it might have damage and guess what-no cracks. The BONNEY tech much have shown me a photo of another furnace heat exchanger. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
