+ -1 moreThe technician disassembled my Honeywell air purifier system and left the door off and filters out in the attic without telling me. The technician stated there were no issues with the attic ducting, and even wrote on the work order "Duct work in good shape". I found 7 breaches in the duct system and repaired them when I checked for myself. The technician charged to change out the system filter, which I had purchased independently. The technician took it upon himself to wash and service the outside condenser, when his work order clearly says "Duct Bid". The technician was cursing under his breath in front of my girlfriend and her son after I told him over the phone he needed to return and recheck the attic duct system. He said he didnt know what he was supposed to be checking in the first place.
Description of Work: I needed the attic ducts air checked for damage and punctures.

+ 0 moreIt seemed like it was working when he came in the morning. He checked the two capacitors and they were fine. Charged me for coming out. Turned out it wasn't working. The drain was clogged, the condenser coils were clogged with debris and the evaporator coil was frozen over. None of which was checked. Kind of sucks paying someone, then diagnosing and fixing it myself.
Description of Work: AC not cooling the house.

Description of Work: The fuse was replaced and several small caps were added to the outdoor unit. It was tested. I was surprised at the time of payment with a 44% surcharge. I would hire again if vendor is upfront about the cost
