The rodents were because I had added an upper deck and changed the roof line. The trees were close enough to the house that tree rats were jumping onto my roof and burrowing into the attic. An ant colony caused the ant problem in my backyard. When we tented for termites, everyone in CA has to at one time or another, they included an ant treatment because they knew ants arrive to eat the termite carcasses. My mosquito problem was because of my pond and besides the added mosquito fish, they suggested a hanging mosquito repellent that controlled the mosquitos. AMEN Pest Control is the best!"

"The guys were really neat. They set up a tunnel from the attic to the back door. There really wasn't much to clean up after. They vacuumed out the old insullation and laid in new. It's hard to say if they did a good job in the attic, because I don’t know what its supposed to look like. They were in the attic almost about 7 hours. The only issue was that they said the senior discount on their Angie's list page must be old so they didn't honor it."
