Superior Care Termite did a great job. It was very easy to set up. They do not reach out until the week of the job. Once they arrive they are professional and efficient. They completed the tenting process in a little over an hour. They arrived on time to remove the tent and did so with equal efficiency. Very satisfied with the service.

The head worker helped in showing which items to bag when he arrived at our house. He was courteous. & helpful.

Wilson Acevedo was prompt in answering questions. He quoted price for both local treatment and fumigation. We opted for fumigation. He answers questions promptly and always returns phone calls on timely basis. We were very happy with his service. The crew he sent for fumigation arrived on time and did a good job. We don't see any termite droppings after fumigation. Yes we definitely recommend him for termite treatment.

Superior Termite is a very responsive team. They accommodated my tight move in schedule and were able to inspect and treat my home using a less invasive process to protect my toddler. They also worked thoroughly and have a one year guarantee. I would highly recommend!

The work has not been done yet but it is a family owned business that is licensed for both spot treating and tenting. We asked for a tenting estimate for a triplex and received it in a timely manner and it was considerably lower than any other estimate we received. The person providing the estimate was pleasant to deal with very professional and knowledgeable and was very flexible in scheduling and patiently answered our many questions. When complete I have no doubt they will earn a 5 star rating.

Alex was professional and knowledgeable. His staff was always on time with great follow up. They performed and included services that other companies would have charged double for. They were all kind and got the job done. We had 6 other bids for this job from bug and small companies but Alex had the best energy, attitude and knew better than most.
