They used to be great. Now they do not show up, don't reschedule and don't seem to care anymore. Bummer

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!!!!!!!! By far the worst pest control company I've ever dealt with. The sent someone out to our house without our approval and they sprayed our front door arch & charged us the full amount. When I called the office the girl said "yeah sorry we haven't been letting our customers know we're coming because of COVID they've been cancelling so we've just been sending people out to do the service." We were home, no one rang the door bell or let us know they were coming. If we had known ahead of time we would of planned for their services. These people are shady and money hungry. PLUS, their services don't even work. We had spiders and ants even after they sprayed. My advice is steer clear of this company. I recommend Moxie Pest Control, they're amazing. Much better customer service & their product actually works.

Coasterra came out and understood the situation and our intentions (save the hive?). They offered a few options, as the space was tight, and a ladder wouldn't work, but a life would be too expensive. They suggested we simply spray from the ground, which would likely work. If it doesn't work, they will take the cost off a more expensive treatment. The exterminators and the office people were all prompt and professional. Great to work with.

As always, the office staff are friendly and helpful. Rylan (our Tech) is always friendly, professional and thorough. He sprayed the interior of the house as well as the exterior. I asked him to forgo the inside of the garage this time because we had an electrician doing some work for us. We'll catch it in April. We have not seen a return of ants, spiders or mice/rat since he has been treating our home. He always asks about any return problems. Look forward to seeing you in two months. Thank you Rylan.

Jamie was sent by Coastera as their rep in the area. He was very nice, knowledgable and helpful, We had guests and 2 uncooperative cats to deal with. The main problem area is the kitchen and adjoining garage. Apparently the shared wall is ant central. We have Coastera come back to keep the problem taken care of with continued trapping and spraying. So far Coastera has done a great job for us.

Called yesterday, Got appointment first thing today, They did a thorough inspection and found no nests except the little one I had seen, told me it was paper wasps and he could get rid of it, but he would have to charge me $80 and my housemate could do it without danger. No charge! I was wowed and will use them again if something else comes up.

Excellent!!!!! The technician was prompt, and Honest. Given current social/business climate he suggested that I could do the work myself. He answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to do business with a company that has integrity!! THANK YOU!! Matt G

We had our annual ant visitation at the kitchen sink. Seems they come each summer in hot weather seeking water. We called Coasterra Pest Control during non-business hours and left a message. Jasmin promptly returned my call and was awesome in scrambling about to set up an appointment for that very same afternoon since we had another commitment for that same evening. Jasmin was truly professional, personable and efficient on the phone. After the phone conversation she sent out an email of our upcoming appointment and service agreement. The service technician, Rylan, called 30 min prior to his arrival. Once here, he was professional, personable and knowledgeable about his craft. He treated the exterior home foundation, the interior baseboards, kitchen and both baths, upstairs and down for ants. Rylan went above and beyond to insure our complete satisfaction. Both Jasmin and Rylan explained their other service maintenance programs without any unnecessary up-selling or a menu of things to get your money. In fact we received a discount on the job. I appreciated both very much. Rylan even followed up with an email thanking us for choosing Coasterra Pest Control and offering any additional assistance along with a copy of the service invoice. Since this treatment (9 days ago now) we have only seen one live ant (yesterday) in the upstairs bath. I'm happy we found Coasterra and would recommend them to anyone. We'll use them again, for sure. Coasterra did a great job! I reached out due to an increase in the amount of spiders and ants around our house. They were able to service our house later that day and did an outstanding job. Since the service, we have not had any issues. The customer service was very professional and timely following the service. In addition, the client account site is very easy to use when setting up an auto payment for future monthly services. I would definitely recommend them to others in need of pest remediation!

I was having a problem with an outrageous amount of crickets taking over my back yard. The technician showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about how to fix my situation. He treated my yard and I have not seen, and more importantly heard another cricket since! Very pleased with the high level of service I received.

I have been with the same pest control company for 20 years (YES 20 years!) I recently switched to Coasterra and my only regret is" WHY DIDN'T I DO IT SOONER!!!!!!!" The response time for a call back for anything is literally within 30 minutes. The customer service with notifications and arrival time is amazing!!!!!
