"CHI has done an excellent job for me and I recommend them without hesitation for any remodeling work. Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. "Alvaro Mantar did a very good job replacing the concrete apron in front of our garage and blending it into the existing sidewalk. About 110 square feet. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."

"Jacques Landscaping was very prompt to come out to do a formal evaluation and estimate for our project. Bob had a lot of great ideas to make the kennel and dog turf super secure, so our dog could not dig his way out or damage the area. So far two weeks post project, the kennel is holding up well with no damage to dog or kennel! The only thing that might have been better is communication about when work would be done and consistency of workers to complete the job, but they got us in promptly, and we are grateful for that."
