Dan reached out to me immediately upon getting my contact information and said he would call me on New Years Day. The job was not an easy one as the lock was very outdated and without any like kind of replacement parts for it. Dan had to work with my existing sliding door handle and adapt a new locking mechanism to fit into the door and handle. He had a lot of drilling and adapting to get it all to work. It was not a simple easy fix. I am one very thankful lady for Dan showing up so that I can secure my home once again. His help on this 1st day of 2025 was more than I could have hoped for. He cared about my needs and made sure to meet them! Thank you so much Dan for your professionalism and your immediate help which was greatly appreciated."
