"I've been using this company off and on for several years. They aren't the least expensive, but I'll tell you, they are the best! I have a vacation rental and a sump pump...not a good combination. Last night, the guest reported sewage backing into the shower and bathtub. I got in touch with Beverly at 8 a.m., and she had someone at the house by 9:30. Beverly has always taken my calls these past few years, and she feels like a family member who is there to help. She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! Ryan was my service tech, and, like all their staff, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He informed me about each step and took pictures to show me what the problem was and the resolution. He handled a disgusting job that almost all people would not touch. They resolved my issue, and my current guest was very happy. "They were prompt and arrived in a hour. He diagnosed and replaced the part. (Capacitor) Total cost was $370. After he left I googled the part he replaced, and they charged $231 . They are $30 at our local hardware store. You expect a little mark up, but that was a rip off. I will never recommend the again."

I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."

"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."
