So we've been hearing some strange noise when we either turn on and off a faucet or at the end cycle of a toilet tank fill. Called for an appointment and set up an appointment for the next day. Mark Bernett arrived right on time. He was very professional and explained all the possibilities. It turned out to be a bad pressure reducing valve. When I asked when they could replace it, Mark said the same day. They did the work and checked everything inside and outside. He even changed out the hot water valve so it would drain more quickly when we do the required draining. This is the second time we've used Mr Rooter and have been very please both times.

Within 24hrs. of identifying a MAJOR septic issue there were 5 Mr. Rooter trucks, a pumper and at least 7 people arrive to pounce on the problem! WITHIN 3 HOURS the tank was dug up, pipes repaired and pumped out - plus installing a replacement toilet! WOW! Hooray for Kyle, Royce, Alecia and crew!

Mr. Rooter is an awesome company. This is the second time we hired them. We had a drain problem with the washing machine they came out with in one day and fixed it. It took them longer than expected because of the age of our house and the old pipes what are installed. They did not charge us extra for their time then the estimate he gave us after arrival. They left the house super clean and were very professional. Very rare to find a company like that.

Mr. Rooter came to save the day once again. Beverly was very pleasant on the phone when I called and she sent Tyson out very quickly to diagnose and correct my problem. The entire experience was very professional and effective. I highly recommend their services.

This company is what I received from Angi's list for an emergency water line leak, and the first to respond unfortunately. The first repair did stop the leak, but I was not shown any gauges displaying water pressure, just told what it was and any work would not be under warranty. I paid $1990 for a 50 cent part. Less than a month later the leak was back, and they wanted another $2500 to repair and add a pressure reducing valve. They did say they would repair the work if found to be a result of their previous work, but also tried to convince me the entire line to the home needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion, who found the leak and the 50 cent part from Mr. Rooter defective, had the water pressure reducing valve installed and water line repaired with 2 year warranty by another company for $1100. Wish Angi's list would have referred me to them, Gold Star, in the first place. This company took advantage of the emergency nature of the work.

They were super helpful and kind. Especially to my kiddos that always get in the way. Give them a raise!

Not well. Lost my trust in their process and pricing. Dismissed them after they charged us 750.00 $ to install a kitchen sink faucet.

Great job by Taylor of Mr Rooter! Called this morning for service as our gas water heater stopped working. Taylor arrived within an hour of the call and repaired our unit quickly and professionally. Great response and work well done. Highly recommend this company!

The problem is still not resolved so we are going to buy 2 new toilets and have them come back and install them.

Rates are very high. Almost $900 for 4 hours or less time spent. Employee very polite and scheduling was efficient, so if those are important to you then the $200 plus an hour fee may acceptable .

This the second time I have called Mr. Rooter and once again I am delighted with their services. I requested that Clinton come and he repaired or replaced all of my outdoor hose bibs and refitted the drip system fittings. He made several trips to hardware stores for specific pipe fitting and was quick to resolve any issues I brought up concerning ease of use or accommodation to existing requirements. He also checked all the drains and poured in a drain cleaner treatment. We received a discount coupon after our first visit which was applied to the new total. I will always call Mr. Rooter for pluming issues and also ask them so send Clinton, and will highly recommend their service to others.

We are absolutely delighted with services provided by this company. We had numerous problems that needed attention, clogged and broken sewer line, replacing lavatory drain lines, replacing old and leaking shower/bathtub faucets, and installation of a water shutoff valve. Our service man, Clinton, was wonderful! He came the next day after our call, started work immediately and approached the work with good cheer even though presented with difficult and unforeseen and very difficult challenges. He was returned landscaping as he found it after trenching, was very careful to keep floors clean inside the house and carefully cleaned up the debris from cutting tile and wallboard. We called every plumber in the Sedona area, thinking we could find someone local. Several were at least a week out in appointments some never responded to our call. So it was even more of a pleasure when we contacted Mr. Rooter and received such prompt and professional assistance. We highly recommend this company and have also signed up for their annual advantage plan.

The faucets were previously purchased and the installation was straightforward. The technician came promptly and for $49 provided an estimate of $690 (the call for an appointment would not provide any ballpark cost). This included no plumbing supplies as they were already there. I went ahead and did my own installation in approximately 2 hrs. The technician was pleasant and professional. He said his estimate was based on a shop rate.

Very well. The plumber, Clinton Barrowman, was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The job took 2 days with little delay in our water usage and inconvenience on the lawn. All very smooth.

Taylor Hicks snaked the line. He was courteous, professional and thorough. I would highly recommend.

Could not fix the actual faucet hose. They replaced the faucet with the least expensive one they had with them, as we are going to replace/upgrade our countertops with a new sink. Inspected other plumbing in the bathrooms for training of new employee. Provided us a discount on the faucet for the training allowed. Very professional. We recently replaced the flooring in our master bedroom and bath but the flooring company didn’t mention that we would have issues with the height of our toilet due to no longer having tile flooring. I called and mentioned that my Rheem tankless water heater was generating an error code 13. I checked online and this meant the flame rods need cleaning with steel wool. So I mentioned that to the dispatcher, the technician came out and told me the same exact thing, and he couldn’t fix it, but I could call another company and they would be able to fix it. So why did I have to pay $150 for the technician to remove four screws and tell me something I already knew and the dispatcher knew? Not sure but he wanted to sell me a new unit for $10,000 and install a water softener.

Excellent work by Alex of Mr Rooter! Our water heater stopped working and Mr Rooter arrived same day. Alex reviewed and diagnosed the problem. The pilot needed attention and restarting, plus the Bleeder Tank and Release Valve required replacement. All done quickly, professionally and with clarity in explanation. I would recommend Mr Rooter
